First time trying Jollibee and it lives up to the hype. I ordered a family meal online through the app and went to pick it up. Unfortunately it's hard to find street parking near the restaurant so it was tough to pick up my takeout order. Anyway, the chicken pieces were big, tender, moist and flavorful. The spaghetti was a little odd at first because it's definitely not like Italian pasta sauce. It's sweeter and has slices of hot dogs and shredded cheese on top. The sauce also has a nice smokey flavor. I really liked it. The peach mango pies reminded me of McDonald's apple pies, but with peach mango filling. They were tasty for dessert.

Food is good. But be careful when ordering at this Jamaica NY branch. If they miss an order, online, they will never refund you. Manager is not reachable and staff will never take care of your issue. I already reached out to jollibee cares about charging me for missing items, but nothing was ever done. Knows the right words to respond to this review for everyone to see. But once you call them, they never attend to you. You’re welcome to keep the money. Never again!
