Tried Jollibee for the very first time and I have to say the chicken and the spaghetti everything even the desert and beverage taste so fresh delicious love the flavor its perfect will definitely be buying from here again keep up the wonderful job ?

I love Jollibee food don’t get me wrong! But the customer service, the order and manner in which they do things looks so overwhelming for them! I’m standing one spot 26 mins actively waiting to see so many people getting their orders before myself. Even tho I asked two times previously (making myself present). Too see them eventually by passing my order the tray sitting around the employee putting others around my own to bag rather than pushing forward previous tray. Around 3/4 time I asked another. He said they were waiting on chicken not like I wasn’t standing there so long to see the batch of chicken almost sold out. They kinda mix up the drinks now. No pineapple juice left at front I see him back and forth running around with a cup. Mind you I saw like 6 juices filled before the container finished and every one they fill I was thinking it’s my own ? but anyway.Please pay attention I understand our jobs are tedious at times and gets crazy or overwhelming, but also think about the person. Who maybe didn’t eat all day, working all day, taking it for someone etc… it’s more thought goes into it!Kid-friendliness: Yes! Seating arrangements

Their service was good when they first open but now it’s like trash they don’t treat customer the way they’re supposed to treat them. Anyways I order some Spaghetti and chicken not knowing it had beef and pork sausage. I went an complain then the cashier was arguing with me I speak softly to her and she was raising her voice, I said Ma’am not everyone eat beef an pork I will like a refund or give me something else she was like no refund I said okay she after offers me one piece of chicken which did not even have any taste. She was mad rude to me I always recommend this place but not anymore bcz their service is bad.

Jollibee is New Asian style chickens with Filipino flavors. Since I used to go Popeyes, Jollibee went the top priority for me to pop up in my head. Their chickens are the BEST. Also, I loved their customer skills.
