Very bad service to Asian...
Had a great time quality people
The food was not fresh,, I had high hopes bc of its high rating but it was v average
Provide food with great value. all-you-can-eat hot pot is 30/person at lunch time is good.
I cannot get enough of this place! The food is always fresh and comes in decent quantities. You order online and everything is sent to your table. The broths are all flavorful, and the sauce bar allows you to make your own dip to pair to your liking. Perfect for solo dining, dates, or with family/friends.
NYC is known for its food but this one was disappointing to say the least. Water tasted weird, service was slow, but that’s fine. The main issue I had was with the food itself. Not good at all. Maybe it used to be good but when I went all the meat was tough and had an expired taste to it. I come from China and have had hot pot elsewhere in the US (not even well known places too) and this was just unacceptable. Zero stars.
Also price for quality was not it
Most mid food in nyc. I’ve been to random middle of nowhere hotpot places in Florida, even those are better .
One of the few hotpot spots in LIC that stays open past 10 PM, which is super convenient. The food tastes good too—great option for a late-night meal.
Service is they bring the food. No having to talk. Tis great. All the meat and veggies taste fresh. A tad expensive for hot pot but worth it. It costs fifty for only one person not including drinks.
Great service and attention

A no-frill hot pot place with one of the best mala spicy broth. Good range of land and sea protein options, veggies, and limited dessert selection (just sesame and coconut lava bal). Only 3 stars due to service because there was only 1 server and 1 kitchen staff eventhough it was peak brunch time and restaurant was super crowded. There is a seating time limit and we easily waste 15-20 minutes just waiting for our food each round and when we ordered more items. Some customers started self serving themselves; getting up to grab their own napkins, utensils, etc. The 1 server that was there did her best and was running around like crazy so not sure if it was management’s decision to cut cost or other issues. Overall, food was good but service was a big dent as we had to eat, stop, eat again, and service ourselves for the most part. Last note is although this place is AYCE, hot pot broth cost extra which is strange considering this is AYCE hot pot place.

It is $40/person for ACYE but, the broth ($15) is not included. After tax and tip for 2 people, it costs ~$125.
The food quality and selection are mediocre. I’d skip this restaurant.

This place feels like an actual scam. A big sign outside says all you can eat lunch is $29.99 and dinner $39.99. It’s like 5:08 pm, fine, I guess dinner time but some info on the cutoff times would be helpful.
We walked in and they ignored us for a good long while before a waitress dragged herself to our table to say “use the QR code.” She didn’t explain that it’s not even just a menu, you actually have to order off your phone. Ok fine but tell us that? Explain how it works, because it’s confusing AF.
With much difficulty and confusion, I put in our entire order and then had a question, at which point I tried to flag the waitress down, but she was sitting at the hostess stand on her phone ignoring me. I physically walked ALL the way over before she even noticed I had been waving and walking toward her, at which point I asked for help with the menu and asked why the broth said $15.99 if it was all you can eat. As we’re having this convo, SHE clicks the button to put in my order with the kitchen.
She tells me at that point that that’s the broth charge, so dinner is actually $39.99 per person PLUS $15.99 and ALSO tax and tip (for what?). I asked her if there was any a la carte option at least, since we were two people and were only ordering a few things, she said no.
At that point I start explaining everything to my boyfriend who was out of earshot of all this and isn’t totally fluent in English — I wanted to check in and see if he was ok with the prices being so high.
As I am still talking to him, THAT’s when the waitress finally comes to our actual table and starts asking me repeatedly whether or not to cancel our order with the kitchen. (Again, she pressed the button). So now I can’t functionally communicate with my boyfriend because this waitress is in my ear asking if she should cancel our order. We finally agree to leave, she cancels the order, and I tell her “sorry” but she just scoffs at me.
I walked out annoyed at the pricing structure and feeling bad for inconveniencing a waitress who’s stuck with a crappy job, but looking back the next day and thinking about all the opportunities she had to explain their system or provide any kind of service, I think she was at fault as well.
We had a great dinner, with great service, at Court Square Diner instead and it was less than half the price.
Good food and fast service.
