I ordered smoothies from here a couple of times and some things I have witnessed: they mix lots of ice with minimal fruit. I have previously seen a worker adding tablespoons of sugar to a drink to compensate for the lack of fruits. A smoothie cup once also had cracks in them so smoothie was also slowly leaking everywhere. Bad quality fruits and service all around. Not worth the price.

Had a bad experience, a friend told me about their smoothie so I went on a tuesday morning, but the woman working didn’t seem to be in a good mood and was really rude, it got to the point where I just decided not to buy anything from her, heads up to the owners, you might wanna keep an eye on your staff because they’re losing you customers.

I’ve ordered through Uber eats açaí bowl with banana, double portion of peanut butter, sliced almonds and coconut flakes and received açaí bowl with granola, whole almonds and a tiny bit of almond butter. This looks almost like a joke to me. Do you guys even read orders?

I loved everything, everything was delicious and the service was excellent.
Despite the lady’s attitude I didn’t mind coming since they get the job done and I started ordering ahead that way I just grab and go. However on multiple occasions she’s told me to wait, okay. On this occasion she immediately said hey you’re gonna have to wait. Mind you I ordered 20 minutes ago and the order was scheduled to be picked up within a certain timeframe. She said she had received an order so I have to wait (why accept the order if you CANT fulfill it). On top of this I asked her to cancel it. She said “You cancel it.” Even if I wanted to cancel it, I wasn’t able to since she “accepted the order” there for it was being “prepared”.

Delivery is good, no complaints, I think because I don’t have to interact with staff to find out whether service is good or bad.But yesterday I came into the store at 8:00 to order two Acai bowls, I was half greeted by the lady with a lip piercing and she turns her back to me to continue fumbling with the juicer as she keeps checking her watch. Maybe 3 minutes pass and she turns around to ask me if I wanted juice. I said no, I wanted to order Acai bowls. She pauses and says, “just one?” And I tell her two. She stares one more time at her watch and I swear she had an attitude when she said “uhh I’m gonna do them okay but I’m closing”That soured my mood so quickly because they close at 8:30 apparently. I just walked out at that point because I didn’t want her to do them anymore or bother her because she was so clearly busy.The other girl they have is much nicer.
