The checkout girl was so damn rude and got no manners.
While she was talking to the girl next to her , she asked me if I wanted a bag -- twice. First time I said no. Then she told me to take out my stuff rudely out of the basket. Then she asked me again if I wanted a bag, like she didn't listen to me the first time. I said, you asked me that already and I said no. Weren't you listening? You asked me twice. Then she got all bitchy and gave me attitude push my stuff on one side of the counter & roll her eyes then asking me to pack up my stuff and in a harsh voice said to me hurry up there are customers in the line waiting, WORST CASHIER EVER I been to since shopping her for over 3 years. Not to mention however she was eating a lollipop and was saying nasty adult stuff to a Spanish guy . She needs to get some manners especially when customers are with family and kids.
Groceries , Fruits & Vegetables are always cheap and fresh here but customers service needs to improve. I love shopping here cause i find everything at one place, mind parking is difficult especially when i come on Friday - Saturday and it’s the weekend but i love shopping here also for my West Indian stuff, drove all the way from Connecticut to come here and we need better service .
Hopefully next time I see the manager.

We love coming here to get veggies and fruit. They always have a great selection and fresh. However the meat is a little over priced. They do take wic and EBT here. And the snack section is nice as well. My kids love it and also a new addition is the dubi chocolate.
I also wish they would update the shovels and fridges they are old looking. They need to be updated.

Fresh, Affordable, and Impressive!
I stopped by K Town Supermarket near JFK Airport and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and freshness of the fruits. Unlike other markets in the area that tend to be overpriced, this place offers high-quality produce at very reasonable prices. Everything looked clean, well-stocked, and inviting. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh and affordable groceries!

I have been to K town grocery a few days ago
Now this is ridiculous if you see an item labeled a price
Gone to cashier the price i saw on labeled
That's the price you will pay
The manager,believe he Chinese that's what the girlsaid.
He said no you can't have that wrong price.
I said what's on the label that's what i will pay.
The guy ripped the price out and said no you cant have the item.(daheen bush)
Now I am in this country for forty years.
My point whatever price you see on item that's what you pay.
The guy bla bla his mouth and walked out,very rude.
Policy is what you see that's what you pay.
Ridiculous,never experienced this nonsense before.
Be nice to customers.

I really appreciate the fact that you have an extensive halal meat section which is greatly appreciated, but my concern is with the cashier not acknowledging when I came this evening to purchase one large bag of Lays potato chips that was marked as 2 for $5.00. I wanted to purchase just one bag, but the cashier refused to offer it to me for the price for $2.50. I mentioned that there is NO mention anywhere in the ad stating that you have to purchase 2 bags, as this is the normal policy of every grocery store, to clearly state that on their advertisements. I just put it back and left the store…it really left a sour taste, even though I really was enjoying the cool ‘Bollywood’ vibe inside the store….

Wide variety so it is very convenient to shop everything at one venue but I personally think the products are slightly overpriced. Every time i visit, especially around the holidays, prices are ridiculously inflated. Apart from that, I'd definitely recommend.

I love goin to this place to do my grocery shopping buy unfortunately some of the cashier needs to get their act together very rude and Nasty towards customers...without us the won't be u working there so plz whatever problem u get going on at home when u get to wk plz leave ur problems at the door..the owner needs to hire more cashier like Reshma she's one of the very best cashier polite,calm,friendly and always with a smile on her face..but over all nice place to do ur shopping

If you are asian, don't go over there, they are super racist. Moreover, they look at me every inch i step in as if i am a thief, very nasty place.

Employees are racist over there, don't suggest people to shop there.

Ignore this place at any cost, employees show attitude and prices are way higher than other super market.

I recently visited k town and had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding service from cashier Reshma ,she was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything i needed.
