Live in Queens, but had never come here, until tonight, Xmas eve. Had a most delicious dinner. The appetizers were superb..and the sushi.. incredibly fresh and delicious. Some of the best hand rolls I've eaten in a long time. Service was superb..and we shall absolutely be back. We parked at the valet parking in the hotel attached..and was a great deal. Thanks for a wonderful Xmas eve !!

Kaizen made me fall in love with omakase all over again. The menu was curated beautifully with buttery cuts tender pieces and bright fresh flavors. The eel was incredible and the hand roll finale was next level. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

This place is honestly a gem. Kaizen offers high quality sushi without any pretentious energy. The chef was warm and passionate and every course tasted clean and rich. The uni and salmon belly were unbelievable. A perfect date night or celebration spot.

Kaizen is easily one of the best omakase restaurants in NYC. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and the chef's precision is amazing. The toro melted instantly and the scallops were so sweet. The hand rolls were crispy and warm which I loved. Truly a memorable dinner.

Kaizen gave us such a perfect sushi night. The flavors were delicate and refined and the chef took so much care with every piece. My favorite was the chutoro and the uni hand roll at the end. Everything tasted unbelievably fresh. A must try in NYC.

Everything about Kaizen is top tier. The sushi chef is talented and kind and the meal feels like a guided flavor journey. I loved the seared toro and the scallop was incredibly sweet. The hand roll at the end had the perfect crunch. Worth every penny for an omakase night.

I've tried quite a few omakase places in the city but Kaizen impressed me the most with how consistent everything tasted. No filler pieces all quality. The uni was sweet and creamy and the tuna trio was unbelievable. Such a beautiful spot with amazing service and atmosphere.

Kaizen is one of those places that instantly feels special. The counter seating gives you a front row seat to some of the best sushi craftsmanship in NYC. Every piece had so much depth and purity. The warm rice and crisp seaweed made the hand rolls absolutely perfect. A must try.
