Unpretentious in the best way. The true embodiment of a neighborhood establishment. A place people can come and get a reasonably priced drink and catch a game on tv or shoot some pool. Kellys understands its place and the role in how it provides to the community and does not try to be something it’s not. This is not the kind of place you travel to come visit, this is the place you pop on by when you’re in the neighborhood.

Was really digging this spot, but no buybacks on $7 beers when you're tipping generously is a bit of a red flag - especially when it's cash only. I'd give it another shot, but perhaps be a little less generous myself.

Great place to socialize and have a good priced drink. The day time young Irish bartender is very cool and entertaining.

We found Kelly’s with a tip from Sonja’s brother. Totally enjoyed the “Kelly’s scene for the next few years . Drank with the finest people NY has to offer. Memories of Stella flood my mind. God rest her soul. Shout out to Grover, Vivian Jimmy Jam, my girl friend Mary. We all miss Rita. Chris a Steve, yall need to call us. Mahlon & Karen.

Unexpected gem in Astoria. This place embodies community in all the best ways, and despite only having been there twice I am absolutely certain I’m going to try to make it my “third place.” Special shout-out to Rebecca behind the bar and Ryan on emcee duty (or maybe he’s just an incredibly charming looker who knows how to get the party started!) In any case, I haven’t felt that welcome in a place for ages. Why wouldn’t I go where kindness and kegs go hand in hand!

This place definitely change.. if you spend a good amount of money doesn't matter how disrespectful you are they welcome you back lol. Beware!!!! If you leave money on counter and go smoke seems the drink and the money disappear..

Doc was the exact bartender vibe I was looking for while taking a break from working on my mural for Welling Court Mural Project down the street in Astoria! Challenge him to pool if you want a solid challenge ???

Not very strong drinks l ordered a long island ice tea and was made with watered down liquor.l spent 20 dollars for a drink that tasted like fruit juice with a little bit of liquor.Trust me go somewhere else for your drink..

I had an amazing time here. The bartenders were so nice. I had just walked by, on my own, and was a bit down so took a chance and was so glad I did. Bottles were cold and it was the real deal. Cash only but there’s an atm in the back.

Great bar with great people. Stopped here three times on our visit. After visiting other bars in the area, Kelly's was our favorite. The bartenders John, Sara, Belinda and Rocco were THE best! I accidentally left my phone and Sara came to find us to give it back. Thanks Sara!! We met some great people and had an awesome time. Paul, Grover, Vivian and Dan the Train Man were super cool! As well as everyone else we interacted with on our visit. Belinda...don't forget to make the specialty shot "Shepards Pie". Can't wait to see you all again. Chuck & Jen

It's a great bar to get to know local people and Belinda was an awesome bartender. Whenever in Queens, would go there again.
