The online ordering and Krispy Kreme App has not worked at this location in several weeks. I think thats getting a bit ridiculous. Having the app fill with funds is useless. The staff and donuts are not the problem. The owner of this establishement should get this issue corrected.

I called before I came from Long Island, because it’s the closest one for us, I was helped by Armand who had amazing customer service super friendly, warm greeting, great attitude and he was patient with me and the kids!!! Great Service and my doughnuts were fresh!!!!

I went to the location on 31st and Ditmars Blvd Queens, this is my third time going there. Every time i go and greet staff i never get a reply. Today when i went in I heard the cashier explained to the costumer ahead of me that today is free coffee with any purchase. When it was my turn i ordered a 6-pack and was never told about the offer. The other person behind me came in and ordered a donut and ice coffee and the cashier said the coffee is free. So i asked if i could get one also with my order . She said if I made another order of a single donut I could get one free. I said why should i make another purchase when i just purchased six donuts. I did not appreciate the service at all. I felt that I was racially profiled because i was a person of color and everyone else who got service was not my complexion.

I always have to wait until I’m in the city to enjoy these yummy donuts, so I was excited when I discovered there’s a location in Astoria. I’ve been a few times the service is a hit or miss. However, the convenience of the location is a huge plus and I’m able to get my glazed donut fix more frequently

I ordered July 4th version a couple days ago. Of course I paid them. When I picked them up on time. They have nothing them. They said that sold out. Sold out?????? On line order for what? Their idea is only refund. My birthday is July 4. Therefore my 7 years old daughter choice this version. My daughter is still crying! My daughter was thinking a lot about whether to choose a cake or a donut. The worst birthday today. Are you guys working to make people feel bad? Employees who can't even apologize. The worst shop ever!!!!!!!
