This place is extremely professional and nice looking, always. Presentation is always on point. Yin Yang bowl is great for those of us who want a nice varied meal. Flavorful appetizers too! Prices are commensurate with very large portions so come hungry. Some of the ramen have tasteless broth/noodles though, so the hunger will make up for that with the dopamine rush of carbs and salts. Plus, I haven’t found a beverage that I like yet. Service is great though. Overall, an above average choice to get your dinner.

Food is fine, it is not great, but fine. However, service is really something else. We had to wait before sitting, which is fine. However, no one can tell us what they are going to do. When ask, the staff will simply said they are not responsible, and you should wait for the hostess, which was taking a break. Once we got seated, the staff are just there to take order, really nothing else. They don't care I don't have a plate or cup. They gave us all the noodles except one, and when ask where's the missing noodle coming, it was mistaken gave out to another table. My wife was very patient, and we all finished our noodles before she got it. They just don't care why one of us is not eating. Good luck to the other customer that got my wife noodle, they are not allergic. Not sure we got everything right, we might've got a plate from another table too. Not sure!!

The ramen itself? WOW. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can taste the care that goes into every bowl. The noodles have that perfect chew, and the toppings are generous and high-quality. I tried their signature ramen, and every bite was pure comfort and excitement at the same time.
The portions are satisfying, the prices feel totally fair for the quality, and the whole place just has this cozy, memorable energy. If you love ramen — or even if you THINK you love ramen — Kyuramen absolutely delivers.

Donkatsu was completely over-fried. It was so tough it felt like chewing rubber, and all I could taste was oil. And what’s the point of offering different ramen flavors when they all taste exactly the same? Whether you order miso or spicy tonkotsu, it’s identical. Totally disappointing. And I asked for hot tea three times just to get it. When it finally came, I’m pretty sure it was mugi cha—way too strong and so bitter. I could barely drink it. Honestly, it was ridiculous. Completely unacceptable.

We came to here for brunch and had a wonderful time. The adults really enjoyed the noodles—fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying.
What made it even better was how kid-friendly it felt for us: my child loved drawing while we relaxed and enjoyed our meal. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a great atmosphere for families.
