I've visited other Kyuramen locations before, and this newer one maintains consistency in food quality and service. The ambiance is pleasant, with decor matching that of the other locations. I recommend sitting in the beehive area for great photo opportunities, and they also offer private rooms for those seeking more privacy. Its location was extremely convenient for me and saved me a lot of time.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The ramen was better than expected—it was tasty and packed with flavor. Service was lightning fast; hit the call button and they’re there in a flash. The Thai iced tea? Not bad, but I was definitely craving a bigger cup of that sweet goodness!

I’ve been to other Kyuramen locations and has always been enjoyable. Sadly, this location (closer to where I live) left a very bitter taste to my expectations. Went with my partner , he ordered the rice burger and I ordered ramen. No water was offered, basic step of service. His food arrive first, its ok, but he finished eating and my ramen didn’t even arrived. The server came to take away his plate ONLY PLATE at a table of 2 and I had to stop him and ask how much longer for my ramen. With a surprised look on his face he went to check, came back and said will be ready in 2 minutes. I asked for water, and only got 1 glass…. 1 glass for 2 people, INSANE! Finally my ramen arrived, no apologies for the delay, nothing. Here’s the ramen. To top it off it was watery, this is not the same ramen I’ve tasted before, it was very watered down. At this point I don’t want to complain since I waited so long and already in a bad mood with the whole experience. No one else checked if everything was ok, again not even a “sorry your food took long, can I get you anything. NOTHING! Even though its the closer location to me, I wont be returning to this mess!

Disappointed. Everything was just ok. The broth was just eh…no love, no flavor. The service not so great just mediocre. The way the seating was arranged, it felt like we were sitting under stairs and people were running by (stomping by). Not a fun way to enjoy your dinner.
