Waited an hour and a half for my food then received the entire wrong order. The restaurant refused to correct the issue so a full refund was given by grubhub. The nachos are a complete mess and awful. Someone out there is eating an expensive order for free. Smh. Is this the new scam? Picking up two orders and giving away the big orders to friends or family...so done with grubhub and all other delivery sites...Delivery Scam..not the restaurant!!!!!

The birria quesadilla was highly recommended so I had to order it. It comes with consommé. It's definitely cheesy, but I didn't really like the flavor of the quesadilla, I expected a lot more since everyone said it was so amazing.. it was just okay, maybe the cheese overpowered the meat but L liked it, he said it was slightly better than where he normally gets it near his workplace. That doesn't mean much. LolThe breaded beef torta was good but not the best I've had. Half the torta was quite filling for lunch for someone with a small appetite. Best out of everything I tried but not something I'd crave again. The flavors were at least more balanced, but the breaded beef was slightly too oily tasting. That ruined it for me..The arroz con pollo was a bit disappointing for us. It had a lot of olive flavor throughout the rice. So unless you love olives, don't order this. L does but he had to add sour cream and red sauce to finish it. Not something I'd order if I had seen a photo of the dish online. It's basically frozen mixed veggies, olives, and cut up pieces of dark meat chicken. Guess I prefer more modernized Tex-Mex or maybe I chose the wrong items. I mean I've been to plenty of authentic spots as well in Jackson Heights with delicious food, but this just didn't do it for me or L.
I came here with a group of 9 for Father's Day. The place is pretty cute decorated with various tiles and artwork from Mexico. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and the food came out very quickly considering we had such a large group on a holiday. Everything tasted great even the drinks! And we ordered more margaritas than would've probably been socially acceptable for Father's Day. The carne asada burrito is 100% on point. They give you complimentary chips and salsa and the salsa has a nice spicy kick to it. Guac is available for an additional charge. We dined in so I can't speak on delivery quality but I can honestly say I would definitely be coming back here for that burrito. It's authentic Mexican so the food may be spicy to some just a heads up.
