I have ordered from this restaurant twice to support local businesses. The first time, they delivered my order to the wrong address and asked me to pick it up. Today, they left out an item from my order. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant due to the delivery issues and the fact that the food isn't that great. I'm very disappointed.

I had a bad experience recently wrong order prepared wrong way. I asked extra mozzarella cheese on a pizza with mozzarella and they spread it over extra with sour cream. I didn't see it till I took the pie of pepperoni pizza and another pie with sour cream. It was dripping and smelled so badly. I could even swallow one bite . I would never give it to anyone because of the smell and it unfortunately had to be trashed. I mentioned it to them they yelled it was my fault. I never asked for thota cheese which was sour cream like . I said extra mozzarella. Anyway it was my money and they were rude . They rude any times after paying asking for payment the time before good thing my receipt. When owner was there this place was great. My last time. Your apology Sir or Ma'am is not sincere it's just for the public. When I asked kindly about the incident to your employees I didn't have to say anything the young man became hostile so I left . I only said the preparation was wrong and wrong type order I had paid already in advance. It's my experience but the apology you put out there is AI generated and it was not sincere because employees became hostile. If they said sorry about order. I didn't expect anything back in return.

came here to eat 3x.
all 3x? the pizza slices looked OLD.
i mean, yeah the guy is nice...prices were okay....but cmon. all 3x i was eating crunchy slices.
3x and the food looked old and overcooked. i almost didnt want them to heat it up in fear of making the slices even more crispy...which not everyone likes.

Great pizza, great location, no other food near by and trust me this pizza is great, stacked with toppings and kind ownership. Always accommodating and call ahead for pickup they’re fast and are probably the best pizza place in the area by far!

Not worth the money. Ordered a regular large pie. Average at best. Very doughy with a lot of sauce that has no flavor.

Lala’s is hands down my favorite pizza place in Queens. Their crust is perfect, their sauce savory (and not too sweet), and their regular cheese pizza is absolutely delicious. We also enjoy their veggie pies, and they have a variety of meat options as well.

I ordered the traditional Grandma pie with Margherita ingredients and 6 buffalo wings. It was awful! The Grandma pie was thick and doughy. It had no basil, fresh tomatoes or olive oil. The wings had an excess of breading. Absolutely just awful. Maybe Lala's should stick to traditional pizza (not that I've ever tried any of them but the reviews are good). Not every pizza shop can make specialty pizzas and that's ok.

It's a new place that opened less than 2 months ago. The pizza here was absolutely amazing, and the garlic knots were different from the other pizzerias around. They had a special pie that they were trying out for the menu. The Paneer Pizza Pie, I had gotten a slice and it was delicious. They added Indian flavors while keeping the pizza, a pizza. I would absolutely go back for that paneer pizza. I had gotten one to dine in, and it was so good, I had to order 2 more to take home. Another plus was the owner was such a nice person, telling me about his 30-year experience being a pizza man.
Vegetarian options: You can get any topping you want on the pizza. They have pastas that are vegetarian you can add chicken if you wanted to. Also there appetizers include vegetarian options.

They just opened 3 weeks ago and it’s nice to have a new pizza spot nearby. I really liked their calzones and pizza was nice and crunchy. The margarita pizza didn’t have basil on it but maybe that’s their style. Either way it was pretty good and it seems good enough that I know I’ll be back to try other things from them.
