Called ahead for Bandeja paisa for dine in,and i said I would like chorizo for it,when i came they gave me chicharon instead,the beans were always the issue always rotten whether it was morning or night,please fix the beans problem it is disgusting.rotten food mixed in with new beans to be cooked and served should be ashamed.

I felt very welcomed & at home here. The food is fresh and reminds me of a home cooked meal which touches my soul. I got the mini bandeja and the portion size for it’s good amount of food was worth maybe about 20-$24 while the actual price was $15. I find that to be a great deal. They have many decorations that display a very detailed and warm Columbian vibe & representation of the culture. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. I have 0 complaints and would definitely like actually, return back to this lovely restaurant!

We had an amazing experience at Las Tres! Our host, Sarah, did a fantastic job taking care of us. The food was incredible - huge portions that left us full and even had leftovers to take home. For a family of three, the total came out to around $120 with drinks, which was a great value. We were so pleased that we left a $20 tip to show our appreciation for the excellent service. I always use to buy from here but couple month ago i ordered a calentado and the beans were rotten they smelled and tasted really bad i tried a second time a couple weeks later same thing. So i stopped ordering . Recently my mom brought me an almuerzo and same thing the soup had gone bad i called in and all they said oh im sorry that happened. Never again am i buying from this place the reheat the food many times causing it to go bad and the food left over from the night before they serve it for breakfast mixed in rice . Its not fresh and i know so because what i ordered the night before is exactly what they would have the next day morning time . This went from being my favorite place to NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

My neighbor and I went for breakfast a few months ago, service was horrible, we were overcharged plus the server added the tip. I gave it another chance today by ordering a take out, we ordered a picada and was terrible, the pieces of chicharrón were under cooked literally rare, chicken, morcilla and 3 pieces of chorizo were edible.

The food here was really good — compliments to the chef, everything we ordered was delicious and the flavors were amazing. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and one of the servers (a young lady) was very attentive and on top of everything.
Unfortunately, the service from another server was disappointing. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, and I quickly noticed some concerning practices: • He added a tip to my first check without clearly mentioning it, then took the check away very quickly. Later he returned with another receipt asking for additional tips, which could easily trick guests into tipping twice if they aren’t paying close attention. • He was bussing tables and serving food without gloves, and I did not see him wash his hands before handling plates. That’s a serious sanitation issue that could make someone sick.
This place really needs a manager or supervisor keeping a closer eye on staff, because experiences like this can take away from how great the food is.
Overall — excellent food, but service and hygiene practices need serious improvement.
