I ordered a Paisa tray and they don't see it with chorizo. I don't know in which Colombia they serve it without chorizo and they didn't place the banana. I had to remind the lady who serves it. And he brought me a very old plate, I don't recommend this place

I work in this area, so I decided to treat myself out for a nice lunch I came across this restaurant went inside ordered my food to dine in. I had a very bad experience while waiting for my food to be served the window was wide opened, the window takes up more than half of the wall. I asked the waitress to close please close the window or crack it because today it's extremely cold outside. She refused. While sitting there I froze my butt off. Then the waitress brings my food to the table I ask again to please close the window and again she refused my food began getting very cold fast, so I changed my seat to be more comfortable which didn't help because the air coming thru the window had the whole restaurant cold. I was extremely disappointed with the service. I don't think I will be returning there to spend my money on a restaurant that has horrible customer service. The owner needs to retrain his staff on better customer service. The service was bad, and the food was cold. I asked the waitress for the owner's name so I could have a conversation with him or her and again she refused my request. I had a very bad experience and will not be returning I would rather spend my money where my comfortability counts.

I bought a soup yesterday and it literally only came with potatoes and banana, no meat, how horrible..
I had previously drunk with my mother, very good service, now I brought some cousins and the atmosphere, very good service, excellent drinks, I can't complain and on a recommendation they gave me a shot of the Yellow liquor.
I highly recommend it.

Customer service here is terrible. I walked in and was ignored, they went to help the guy that walked in after me? Meanwhile there's other columbian restaurants in the area that are much more friendly. I'll go there.

How can they charge $12.00 for eggs that was dry and almost burn , probably the last portion in the pan !! Horrible food period.-

Sancocho de res? More like sancocho de yuca y platano! Literally, there were 3 square pieces of meat. This place just gets worse and worse. Had burnt food a few times too. I’m keeping away as much as I can from now on. Sorry Las Tres, you’re slowly losing a loyal customer because of your lousy management.

I've honestly had enough of this place. I don't know what's going on, but they've burnt my food multiple times now. Usually, I get breakfast here, and it's fine. But the one time I brought my boyfriend, they burnt his vegetable omelette. Another time, they overcooked my entrana; I asked for medium and got it burnt well done. The potatoes that came with it were burnt too. They seem to keep their heat too high, which doesn't make sense since they take so long to cook each order. So if you’re going to take long already, atleast make sure you make the food the proper way.
One time, I ordered huevos pericos and arepa. Even though I called ahead for pickup, and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, it took them 50 minutes. The waitresses don't even bother to check on your order, despite being the ones who give you the timing. As a former waitress, I understand how hectic it gets, but I always showed courtesy to my customers, especially since we work for tips.
The final straw was the billing issue. I always calculate the prices in my head, and this place never gives you an itemized receipt. When I mentioned that I didn't bring my College Point Food 20% off coupon, the waitress said she'd honor it, but the total she gave me clearly didn't include the discount. I let it slide and paid anyway, but they've definitely lost a customer. Just because I don't make a scene doesn't mean I don't notice their poor customer service. I might come back for the one waitress I like, but I won't be dealing with the others.

You can't go alone because 20 minutes pass and they don't serve you, they give preference to large groups. From what I saw the food, I'll never know, but if that's what the attention is like, I reserve the rest. I prefer to thank them for any attention.
