The food here was really good — compliments to the chef, everything we ordered was delicious and the flavors were amazing. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and one of the servers (a young lady) was very attentive and on top of everything.
Unfortunately, the service from another server was disappointing. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, and I quickly noticed some concerning practices: • He added a tip to my first check without clearly mentioning it, then took the check away very quickly. Later he returned with another receipt asking for additional tips, which could easily trick guests into tipping twice if they aren’t paying close attention. • He was bussing tables and serving food without gloves, and I did not see him wash his hands before handling plates. That’s a serious sanitation issue that could make someone sick.
This place really needs a manager or supervisor keeping a closer eye on staff, because experiences like this can take away from how great the food is.
Overall — excellent food, but service and hygiene practices need serious improvement.

The food is good, but the attitude of the workers is the worse. When we were there the waitress were in a hurry even though there was no one else in the restaurant, and they look at you really bad, but besides that every else was okay

This might be the first bad review I’ve ever written but nothing pisses me off more than walking into a place of business and being ignored while people keep showing up at the register after me and getting service. The best part was the squirrelly guy walking away after helping everyone to go bring food to a table and saying excuse me because I was in his way. No “just a moment I’ll be right with you” … nothing. Him and the Caucasian looking girl need to learn how to do their jobs in the hospitality industry.

This place is good only the food they have on the window, ordering a la carte is horrible, the cazuela de frijoles is horrible and they sold me a churrasco that was not churrasco if not a piece of roasted meat never again

I ordered a Paisa tray and they don't see it with chorizo. I don't know in which Colombia they serve it without chorizo and they didn't place the banana. I had to remind the lady who serves it. And he brought me a very old plate, I don't recommend this place
I work in this area, so I decided to treat myself out for a nice lunch I came across this restaurant went inside ordered my food to dine in. I had a very bad experience while waiting for my food to be served the window was wide opened, the window takes up more than half of the wall. I asked the waitress to close please close the window or crack it because today it's extremely cold outside. She refused. While sitting there I froze my butt off. Then the waitress brings my food to the table I ask again to please close the window and again she refused my food began getting very cold fast, so I changed my seat to be more comfortable which didn't help because the air coming thru the window had the whole restaurant cold. I was extremely disappointed with the service. I don't think I will be returning there to spend my money on a restaurant that has horrible customer service. The owner needs to retrain his staff on better customer service. The service was bad, and the food was cold. I asked the waitress for the owner's name so I could have a conversation with him or her and again she refused my request. I had a very bad experience and will not be returning I would rather spend my money where my comfortability counts.

I had previously drunk with my mother, very good service, now I brought some cousins and the atmosphere, very good service, excellent drinks, I can't complain and on a recommendation they gave me a shot of the Yellow liquor.
I highly recommend it.
