I was at the restaurant 1 week ago for the first time and last time on a weekday I ordered chicharrón with guacamole it took 45 minutes! The terrible waitress didn't even know where the very nice place was standing! Very pleasant atmosphere! But no more because they let the chicharrón burn and that makes it very difficult to taste. Plus I came to see the next day that they charge the tip in advance and I left a tip for the girl, La Verda didn't deserve a single dollar tip!

As they grew they lowered the level, the food vs. prices had nothing to do with it, the service at tables was very poor.The girl who served us initially had to ask for everything... in a fast food restaurant you wouldn't have to ask for sauces one by one. I think they would have to serve it separately as they do for delivery. I ordered fried rice, nothing to do with it. I don't recommend it. The rice tasted like overheated, no one approached us at any time to ask what we needed... in the end a very friendly girl arrived who served a little better

I love Latino Bites food and whenever I have the opportunity I order delivery. Today I decided to visit the restaurant, but it is a shame that they have bad service; My friend and I had to wait 15 minutes or more for a person to arrive to pick up the loss with a bad attitude and not paying attention to the advice we needed.We had to go out to eat at the food truck, it is cold and we preferred to wait and eat on the street rather than pay for a service (which we were willing to pay) that is more expensive and also terrible. And I write this review so that they improve the quality of the service.

Not sure if it was their POS system but I was doing an Uber delivery and was very patient with them. After 30mins nothing, many Uber/grubhub, DoorDash drivers arrived later than me and got their order before me. I could’ve been doing other orders but for being the nice guy I got another order lateSo please be careful when ordering from here!!!

The food was the most creative twist on a Latino dish. The atmosphere is very upbeat and the service was prompt and friendly.
