I requested delivery through Uber Eats and had a completely disappointing experience. First, the food arrived in an unacceptable state: completely damaged, runny, and virtually impossible to eat. To make matters worse, they included a rice pudding that I never ordered, since I am allergic to dairy. This shows a complete lack of care and professionalism.
Furthermore, the suckling pig arrived completely destroyed and wet, absurdly packaged in a plastic bag that was clearly not suitable, which ruined the entire order. It's amazing that they don't consider the impact of this on the customer experience.
I will not order from this location again, and I recommend that you train your staff so they understand the importance of handling orders carefully, especially when it comes to food allergies. Before sending something that is not in the order, they should confirm with the customer.

I recently visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, and the service was a complete disappointment. We arrived at 4:30 PM, and despite the restaurant not being busy, no one came to our table until 5:00 PM. The staff seemed more focused on answering phone calls while holding the phones and waiting tables, which was very unprofessional. To make matters worse, they forgot one of my child’s orders and acted like we never mentioned it when we placed it. As a result, my child had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her food, and in the meantime, I had to share my plate with her. The entire experience was a disaster, and no one even apologized for the delay or the oversight. On a positive note, the food was actually good, but unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the meal.

Literally the best Colombian restaurant in New York! We were a group of 9 people and they didn’t have any issue accommodating us. We all ordered different dishes and all of them were very authentic, delicious and good big portions. We were all very satisfied, I have been there many times and every time have had a good experience. Would definitely recommend

I like their food but the service is terrible. I went in person and had a terrible experience, they have a tablet that doesnt work so after 10 mins they sit us down, then take our order and give it to us to go when we didnt ask for fo go. That was months ago, today I called five times and the last two someone picked up, didn’t talk, and hung up. What is going on in there?
