this place was HORRIBLE. I found a brown strand of hair inside one of the clams. The service was very slow and when I told someone about the hair i had found nobody did anything.

We haven’t been to Lenny’s in a few years and decided to go for dinner on a Thursday night. The food was just as good as I remembered it. The fried calamari was great. My son devoured the mozzarella sticks. My husband got the linguini alfredo with breaded chicken and I got the penne ala vodka with grilled chicken. The portions were huge, we could have definitely shared. But the food really was fantastic.

We had a group dinner here for a friend's birthday. There are several side rooms where you can have a nice gathering. The room we had accommodated around 25 people and at a cost of around $55 per person. This included bruschetta, baked clams, caesar salad, fried calamari for appetizers, penne alla vodka pasta, and a choice of entree (chicken francese, veal parmigiana, or shrimp). Soda in pitchers was also provided. They also cut the cake for us. Service was fantastic, the staff was very accommodating, we didn't get a chance to check out the rest of the venue, the bathroom was nearby another plus. I would like to return to check out their other items and perhaps sit outside.

My wife and I have been eating at this restaurant for several years and the food and service was always amazing. In fact we had dinner there in January. Tonight that all changed. We arrived at 7:10 pm it was busy but there were several open tables in the front where we would alway be seated. For some reason, we were shuttled into Al almost empty back room where there were 4 othe small groups. My wife is African American and I am wife. We both immediately noticed that everyone else seated in this room were either black or brown skinned. There was only one party of two senior white people seated in a corner. The waiter did did not come to our table for almost 15 minutes and when he did, it was to flop 2 menus on the table. He came back a few minutes later for drink order which arrived several minutes later. After about 20 minutes, he finally returned to take our food order. The appetizers arrived almost 20 minutes later. The main courses finally arrived more than 30:minutes later. I order a broiled Captains Platter. It was discracful. There were exactly 3 small sized shrimp, 3 medium scallops and a small paper thin piece of filet of sole. The platter it was served in was almost 25% bare. It only took me a few small bite to eat the filet. For this meal they had the audacity to charge almost $30.i have ALWAYS had trouble devouring my complete meal there in the past, but, this night I went home looking for additional food. The waiter not once came to our table to either see if everything was ok, if we wanted anything else, to remove an otherwise cluttered table and waited until, I asked for our bill and asked my wife if she wanted desert to himself ask if we wanted anything else. This was probably one of my worst dining experiences ever. We actually received better, more friendly service for the car attendant then from the indoor staff.each time we have dined there, the check, before tip averaged around $110- $120. My wife and I will NEVER patronize this restaurant again. Their loss.

Excellent Menu and Service. Baked Clams, Calamari are the very best...then I love ribs, or stuffed shrimp, white clam sauce..Next I will celebrate beating stage four cancer and bring those who helped me during a very long year, in for anything they choose to eat! I'll see you in April or May. Thank you Joe for the grass fed, wild caught no chemicals great choices.. I dined in monthly, for many years. My parents lived just across the canal1967 to 2004.

I love the white clam sauce.Parking: Limited valet parking. On street parkingKid-friendliness: Family restaurant. Kids can make noise and act normal. The food was very good. Excellent service. The restaurant was able to accommodate our 20 invite birthday birthday party celebration. Very tasty baked clams.Parking: They have a valet parking area which can accommodate about 10-15 cars. I always look for street parking because of the size of their parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to get in and out of the restaurant.

I was excited to eat here, but it will be the first and last time. I order broiled captain seafood platter. 3 shrimp, 3 scallops, and a piece of fish for nearly $30.00. It was watery, and bland. Red Lobster taste ? better. Waiter ignored us several times when we wanted refills. I don't see how this place has lasted 50 years.
