Thrilled with Lim's Kitchen's return, but saddened by the decline in quality since the pandemic. The once-best Korean fried chicken lacks balance in flavor, crispiness, and even side dishes like dongchimi and kimchi seem less flavorful. An earnest hope for a swift return to the former excellence!

The food was good but the prices are steep for the amount. My bulgogi over rice was $18 and the bulgogi bibimbap was $20. We dined in but it was like a cafeteria so we just opened out to go box. Will not be going back here.
Food was solid. Great staff. Will definitely order again.

Ordered takeout in person. The food was okay, but I didn’t feel like the price justified the flavor. The bulgolgi was slightly dry and the army stew felt like it was missing something. The location itself is pretty empty/ ghost kitchen vibes, the photos on here don’t reflect the current location. The staff was nice tho and i didn’t feel like I waited long. I would maybe try something else in the future. I spent $40 on two entrees, if I had spent closer to $25-30 I would’ve felt more satisfied.

Hands down the slowest kitchen. Staff completely ignores everyone waiting food may be good but the poor customer service makes this place not worth. McDonald's gives better service and that says

Why they don’t have boneless chicken on Uber eats these days??

Ordered takeout. Broth of the Jjampong was very watery. Jjajang noodle to sauce ratio was bad, small portion of noodles and there was so much sauce leftover. Fried chicken wasn't that good.
I order delivery from here frequently - probably one of the best places for Korean food around LIC / Astoria. The budae jjigae is always loaded with fillings and flavorful, kimbap is delicious (though a bit overpriced) and yookgaejang is also legit. Fried chicken is tasty and fresh! Recommend if you’re looking to satisfy your Korean craving
Recommended dishes: Tuna Kimbap

Ordered fried chicken wings (soy garlic), Jja Jang Mian and Beef tofu stew soup.Jja Jang mian is my favorite dish so far. All are flavorful and tasty, will dine in next time.

The Korean fried chicken is great. But when they tell you the sauce is hot, believe them. That hot sauce is not playing. Yummy hot pepper goodness.

Delivery from Lim’s Kitchen was my lifesaver over COVID. Large portions, good quality, and very fast delivery! I always got kimbaps, spicy chicken burger, and the rice cake/dumpling soup

I heard this place only does takeout or delivery and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of Korean food. We ordered several kimbaps and also tteokbokki which was also delicious. Would love to come here again to get it to-go.
