This place was delicious. The noodles were the perfect amount of chewy. The flavors were perfect. The dumblings we're so flavorful you didn't need dipping sauce. We got noodles in chili sauce and beef brisket noodles. Both were delicious, the meat was so tender in the beef brisket. I did wish the noodles in chili oil was a little spicer. But maybe I look to white for the full spice version, 🤣. The person who runs the place and takes your order is so kind. She was able to negotiate us a place to sit. It was busy when we got there, only a few tables in total. Service was quick, and this place is busy. Totally worth it. This place is definitely a gem and I am sure we will be back.

When I first stepped foot in here, I was deflated. No way this shabby, dimly lit place was going to live up the the ratings. But the first bite of stir fried noodles blew me away. The chicken was a little dry, but I expect that from white meat. The noodle soups can be had as a large portion that would easily feed two people, and it was a good palate cleanser after the flavorful fried noodle. Truly a hidden gem

Hole in the wall mom and pop shop where there's limited seating, very basic layout with little to no decor, however the service by the owner is what you'll like. Food flavor is good with a decent size portion. Tad off the way from main St area but if you're in the neighborhood, would recommend.

Love this place. No frills, delicious, great value. I order like 2x a week. Usually get the beef noodle soup. The pork dumplings are bomb too.

The food was amazing. I usually don’t write reviews but I had too. I got the wonton soup and the sausage fired rice and it was packed with flavor! I got it delivered through Fantuan and it was pretty fast and food was fresh and hot!

Great food at reasonable prices, though seating is limited with just a few tables available.

I tried the beef noodle soup, dan dan noodles, and pork potstickers, opting for light spice on both noodle dishes. While the beef noodle soup was satisfying, the real standouts were the dan dan noodles and pork potstickers.

The dan dan noodles had a perfect balance of spice and a rich, nutty flavor from the sesame paste and crushed peanuts, combined with savory ground pork. The pork potstickers were packed with flavor, wrapped in a delicate, thin wrapper that was perfectly crisped.

Beef brisket noodles was the best noodles I've had in nyc. Broth was so rich and creamy, umami. Delicious!

Service was so kind and sweet and the prices are so cheap with huge portions.

I ordered Dan Dan noodles extra spicy. The events of the book of Revelation have commenced within my mouth. It's so good I can't stand it: homemade, perfect springy alkaline noodles, perfect sauce. Toasted peanuts, even pickled mustard green (jan tsai it's called I think). The fact that it's basically the chef's home is charming and welcoming. I know this area is known for good Chinese food, but this is definitely the best of the best.

‘A’ food safety rating. Had the beef brisket noodles extra spicy. So good. The noodles looked like spaghetti, but for $10 I have no complaints. Went across the street to get a beer (they don’t serve alcohol). Want to go back and try the dumplings.
