I honestly enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly. The smoothies and juices are amazing, but I’m a little bothered by my purchase today. I ordered a large smoothie, and was charged $16.00???? $16.07 to be exact. I don’t even know why I actually paid for it upon initially seeing the total, but I really was craving a smoothie so I just proceeded to pay. After I purchased it, I then asked like hmm, wait why is the total $16? The large smoothies listed on the menu is always $10, then of course plus tax. I was informed that there was a “price change.” When I asked for a breakdown of the new price, the young lady was not fully sure, and stated she would ask her managers. I asked if there is anyone back there now that I could ask about it, and she stated no there is not. I continued to try and follow up to get some sort of breakdown for what exactly I was being charged for, as I believe that is pretty pricey for 1 large smoothie. The employee then stated that the price for the large smoothie is now $14 plus tax. So the large went from $10 to $14? Interesting….and since when? I was here a couple of weeks ago? Something seems off.As a business, if you plan on changing your prices, than the prices literally need to reflect what’s on the menu, or there should be a clear sign indicating that the prices have increased to whatever said amount. The employees also should inform the customer of that before the purchase especially if it is not posted anywhere. As I said I typically enjoy the smoothies/juices, the employees, and the overall atmosphere, but I left here today feeling unsure if I would like to ever return. I would appreciate if a manager/the owner would explain to me why the large smoothie is now apparently $14+ a $2 tax fee? And why is this not reflected on new menus?

They change gloves when handling food after purchase and they don't talk over the food while making smoothies that's a high rating. They need to make more fish Patty's sold out alot

Live Long Juice Bar is a great place for those who want to enjoy healthy and delicious drinks. Juices and smoothies are always fresh here, and the choice of ingredients allows you to create unique combinations of flavors. The staff is friendly and ready to help with the choice of a drink. The atmosphere in the bar is pleasant and relaxing. I recommend the Live Long Juice Bar to anyone who takes care of their health and prefers natural food.

I came in one day, I was sick and the ginger shots really helped, I needed two more for the night, the door was still open and the woman was still taking another customer, I was also acquainted with one of the guys there and I know he would have helped me if he was working there. She let me stand there for 5 minutes before saying “Oh, we’re closed” so not only did you leave the door open for people to walk in while you’re “closed” you couldn’t just take one more SMALL order for the inconvenience of making me stand there for 5 minutes ignoring me before telling me the situation. They are way too laid back, act like they don’t wanna work and their convos are always inappropriate, music is always too loud to talk. Didn’t mind this until the day that happened, if it was one of their friends they would’ve easily made the juice.

Consistently visit this spot for smoothies and juices. They give you a sample of the smoothie to make sure it's to your liking. I've also tried the vegan beef patty and it's my favorite.
My Açai Bowl was sad they made me pay first and left it out in the open while doing everyone else’s order instead of finishing mine. This is not an exaggeration when I say this is the worst I have ever had. By the time I got my order, it melted completely. I paid the higher end for lower end service and food. I have came to this place before and some of their smoothies were good and one was not good. I feel like I got finessed for a quick buck and the ratings are not indicative of the service I experienced

After a long ride back home from NJ to queens, Yesterday 5/6/23 around 8:38pm. My friend and I stopped at the DD to get a refresher, They were closed so we decided to go into your establishment. When we walked in and up to the counter the young woman looked up briefly and back down and the young man just stared at us, Never said hello or asked how can I help you? I said Hello. The young woman never looked up, The young man did but he said nothing. He whispered something to the young woman. Awkward!! I was hurt and embarrassed. Why? What’s happening? I just walked in. This behavior from them was not provoked. I know you probably get mean, nasty customers. That’s not me. I really wanted to just leave and find another DD and get what I really wanted to get in the first place. Long story short I ordered the berry juice which was DELICIOUS. My friend decided not to order. First time there, I will NEVER return. I will also advise my family and friends as well. My brother owns his own smoothie shop at croton on the Hudson and anyone that walks in there gets a Hello, How can I help you? That’s all. No long conversation. Most customers just want to get in and out. Good customer service is key!

Came here 2 weeks ago w some friends literally had to write a yelp review worst vegan food I ever had we all agreed the burgers were tasteless . people where screaming and yelling and the guys out front were smoking weed . The slime green paint in the establishment is very over wheming. They have vitamin shots that they promote as a sex enhancer COMPLETELY FALSE . The food is very mediocre slightly tasteless but we did enjoy the Pattys Sorry queens definitely Not a place I'd wish to revisit .
