Very inconsistent, sometimes they'll never pick up the phone and then I just end up never ordering. I ordered a pick up for two sandwiches that took 40 minutes, the lady on the phone said it would be 20 which was a long wait time in the first place however the food is usually okay. The previous time I had gone before that, one of my sandwiches was made incorrectly and I had to go all the way back. I stopped ordering delivery because it takes an hour & 1/2. It's such a shame because the previous owner was very dedicated in making sure everything was okay but now the lady in the front is always so clueless and awkward.Very inconsistent, sometimes they never answer the phone and then I end up never ordering.
