The Food is good and fresh. The service sucks big time. The lady up front in the mornings she always be having an attitude. It is very uncomfortable and unpleasant to be in her presence. She is rude, talks back and always with a grumpy face. If she hates her job that bad, why can't she just quit! Know and learn how to treat your customers!

Hello, I always come here for breakfast and I never have any problems but today, June 19, the girl who served me had terrible service, forgot my order and had to rectify it with the kitchen... I told her that I had to leave and while I was talking on the The only thing the cell phone did was cancel the order without any apology, I am sorry that the treatment from Colombian to Colombian is like this

Food at this place is considered expensive for the neighborhood it is in. Some say that if you go in the morning baked goods are sold from the day before but they will lie and say it was baked very early in the morning. The women working there have attitude, it just makes the place unpleasant. I don’t recommend!

Nestled in a convenient location, the Colombian Bakery presents a tempting selection of baked goods, ranging from traditional pastries to savory empanadas. The establishment prides itself on offering a wide variety of products, ensuring there's something to suit every palate. The bakery's commitment to quality is evident in the taste and freshness of its offerings. Whether you opt for a pan de bono or one of their renowned empanadas, you're sure to enjoy a satisfying culinary experience. While the bakery's central location makes it easily accessible, some patrons have noted that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. However, this does not detract from the overall appeal of the establishment. In conclusion, the Colombian Bakery is a recommended stop for those looking to sample authentic Colombian flavors in a convenient setting. With its diverse selection of products and commitment to quality, it offers a pleasant culinary experience worth exploring

My husband and I are long-time customers, and the last experience of shopping there was bad, the waitress included the tip for a take out order, and that is not correct, I am a waitress and by law the tip is not included for that type of service, that is optional.

They don't say the price on top of that, those who say well are only interested in losing money, sorry but I'm not doing it bye

The food was super grease , I couldn’t eat the chicharrón. The papa rellena was ok, not really good flavor . You can feel the oil in all food. Sorry, but didn’t like it. The place doesn’t look welcome, the ladies nice people.

Amazing! Some of the best Colombian baked goods in NYC. The food is amazing and the service is great. If you’re in the mood for typical Colombian food this is the place! My wife and I have been a fan for 2 years and brought our family members from Colombia here too and the authenticity is unmatched.

I went for lunch and ordered a lunch of the day. Honestly, the price seems exaggerated, almost $20. Imagine that price for a regular lunch in a fairly modest place with a pretty poor service, almost self-service, not even in Roosevelt, where the rents are so high, the prices are so exaggerated.
