Small, intimate cocktail bar with a great atmosphere and an interesting cocktail menu. All our cocktails were tasty, the ingredients list for each one is quite different from the average menu.
This is one of our favorite bars in Long Island City. My fiance planned our post-engagement party here with friends and the Lower Quality employees were wonderful. We were able to have the space privately for one hour with passed apps and then it opened to the public. The drinks here are always good and the vibe is super fun, and it never gets too crowded which is nice. Definitely recommend checking it out if you are able to!
Amazing drinks which are an equal match to the food upstairs at Top Quality. Peanut Old Fashioned was a good balance, not overpowered peanut flavor. Spicy Margarita has a unique heat to it.
Lower quality is absolutely amazing! The vibes are immaculate. Nelly, the events coordinator , was so easy to work with and made my engagement party so perfect. All my friends and family had the best time. Rebecca’s the bartender was fabulous. 10/10 recommended.
super knowledgeable bartenders and cozy atmosphere. Absolutely worth a visit
the drinks here deserve better music
If you’re a big fan of Top Quality, you’ll be even a bigger fan here. We were waiting for this spot to open up and the wait was well worth it. Some of the most friendly bartenders you can find and they really try to figure out what you like. We had to limit ourselves because it was just too good - can’t wait to come back soon!
Quietly hidden underneath its sister restaurant upstairs, this speakeasy is extremely vibey and vibrant with its cocktail selection. The selection of tiki inspired cocktails and Asian whiskeys are very exciting. Service is on point. Versatile for a date night or celebration with friends.
Visited around 7p on Friday and the vibes were chill. I can imagine it gets busy quickly into the night). Cocktails ($18-20) we're excellent and the service super friendly and engaging. As a rule of thumb... Always go crushed ice!
