Came here during their happy hour and thought it was cute spot.The interior is decorated perfectly for a photo op/instagramable moment and the dim lighting gives it a cozy "lowkey" vibe.The drinks were not bad, not great either but it does the job. Service is very mediocre; our waitress would come around every 20 mins and when it came time to get the check she was nowhere to be found. The food turned out to be a huge disappointment; had the wings, fries, chips and guacamole and ended up with terrible food poisoning within a few hours of leaving. Definitely would not be returning after that now.

Definitely not a place I would recommend. Incredibly insensitive and disrespectful “security”. Came here with a few friends to have a good night after a birthday dinner. Although we didn’t have reservations, we were instructed to pay a cover and told that we had to sit by ourselves downstairs. We didn’t have an issue with this and were getting ready to pay and show our ID when the male security said that one of my friends wasn’t able to enter with her “pimp cane”. We informed him it was a mobility aid as she happens to have a disability and needs it to walk to which he then refused her entry with it. He then rudely approached her and asked her “what do you have?“ we then interjected and asked why he was asking for medical information. He somehow took offense to this question and said we were being “disrespectful” and that none of us could enter. From using microaggressive and ableist language, this establishment clearly has work to do on the customer service front. We will definitely be reporting this to the ADA as no one deserves to be talked to and disrespected the way Lowkey staff has done.

The food wasn’t worth the price besides the wings. I ordered the lamb chops and I received lamb chops that were extremely small . If you get the giant margarita tower I recommend you get it with out ice. My tower was filled with ice. Only pour four drinks the tower was damn near done. I love my waiter she was very efficient and polite . The hookah prices are definitely not worth it ?. The atmosphere was beautiful . The drinks were weak .

This was the worst experience I ever experience after travelling ? an hour to get there. Their was no host at the host station and after what felt like forever, the host and the security come out with the most discussing attitudes ever charging a cover charge even though it was not noted when we called. The security came out with the most discussing attitude for just touching the rope that was there ,arguing and when we talking about his behaviour ? which was uncalled for he reuse to let us. We thought it was such a beautiful place but I would never recommend. The costumer service was below par.

I don't think I'll go back there again. I went there with some friends for my birthday and the girl at the front was disrespectful to my friend from the time she arrived. I made reservations and when I got there they tried to seat us by the door and it wasn't enough seats they had a swing that looked uncomfortable. When we sat downstairs I asked if we can move because the way we were seated we couldn't converse with each other. I asked our waitress and she said she would ask the manager she never got back to us she seemed to cater more to the bigger party. We decided to move ourselves since the area was empty. In the middle of eating our food the hostess asked us to move because they had a party of 14. No class at all!!! I should've gone somewhere else where the service is better.

The worse service I ever had in my life when I first walked in I was asked what I would like to drink 1000 times when I ordered my drink I didn’t get it untill 30 mins later the server jade was horrible tried to b funny when bringing out my food me and my family food was cold I ordered the steak and eggs my steak and eggs was cold hella bland we had to ask for every thing down to steak sauce and katchup when I got in I asked can we sit down stirs they lied to us and said their was to big parties that was sapposed to come in then when my cousin came and asked can we change our table down stirs it wasn’t a problem we asked for the heat on jade said it’s on it’s gonna take a min to heat up the whole time it wasn’t on at all she didn’t want to put the heat on for us I’m just annoyed 600 for a table so of 8 and everything was trash and my friend never got his food u till he said something long story short yall need to fire jade she’s horrible certain things are common since service is horrible the one bartender thing is ridicules
