Kind service and the brisket pho is great! My daughter had alot of questions as she is unfamiliar with Vietnamese food and the man helped us very well.
dont eat here if you have any allergies or celiac. there are at least a few secret ingredients that are not listed in the various types of pho. my gf and i got 2 different types of pho and neither turned out to be allergy friendly for either of us (different allergies, none listed). there is at least unlisted soy sauce in the pho (not gluten free, if you ask they seem to know, its just not listed)
I’m a regular here. I always get the beef brisket pho; the broth is super flavorful and the brisket is lean but tender. Also, I’m not a vegan (obvs), but the spiced mushroom vegan bang mi is legitimately so good, I highly recommend it. There’s not a lot of seating so if you’re dining in, plan accordingly.
Good food great service
Ridgewood is lucky to have such a gem of a restaurant. I’ve had the smoked brisket sandwich a couple of times, and it’s been absolutely delicious every time. As for their pho, at first, I was curious why I couldn’t get the traditional beef bone broth flavor. But after talking to the manager, Sean, and hearing the story behind Lucy’s Restaurant and their unique way of making the broth, it all made sense. Now, I appreciate it even more. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
They gave my pick up order to wrong person and then someone came in after me and had a similar issue.
Just be aware you can get food poisoned from here. I ordered the smoked brisket pho and spring rolls for dinner. They honestly looked fine and tastes normal but next day in the morning I was feeling terrible all day with this discomfort in my stomach until my finally gave in and vomit. I didn’t think it was this at the beginning but I had left overs that my husband ate and gave to my baby and they also got terribly sick. I would not recommend this place at all.
The food tastes terrible
My sister and I ordered the ginger chicken pho, and I’ve ordered the ginger chicken banh mi before. Not my favorite banh mi but it was still very tasty. I tend to hork my food down so maybe it’s my fault. The pho was delicious. They always pack it nicely in bags to go and never take long. They have hard workers. I will be eating here whenever I’m in the mood for pho
Delicious as always. Please open a Manhattan location 🙏🏻

Must !! must must try restaurant !!
Smoked brisket pho !!!
So tendering beef. Crazy nice and delicious!
I really want to come again with my family later
At first, I was a bit sceptical about the authentic flavor but wow, this place is a gem. Flavor and quality of the food is exceptional. If they really do smoke brisket for 14hrs, it's exceptional in the pho!
Glad I found this place and highly recommend.
I just ordered a smoked Brisket Pho, the Brisket was well cooked, the Broth was savory. Highly recommend!!!!!
I ordered the chicken vermicelli and the noodles were cold and stale from overnight. The vegetables were not freshly cut and there was not enough fish sauce for the bowl. It was poorly made. I was excited to try their food, but the quality is below average for Vietnamese food.
