I stopped by hoping to have dinner at this Italian restaurant, but was turned away at the door because I didn’t have a reservation. I understand places can be busy, but what really surprised me was that they didn’t even offer to book a reservation for a later time or another day. The staff seemed uninterested in helping at all. For a restaurant that presents itself as welcoming and authentic, the lack of hospitality was really disappointing.

We were so pleased with our dinner at Luigi's, food was delicious, we were not rushed and our server was great!!
Luigi's is a great experience from start to finish. The warm bread and fresh pesto dip start any meal off perfectly. The pasta vongole had plentiful clams. The bolognese sauce on the gnocchi was excellent. The only negative aspect of the meal was with the extremely mealy apples in the Warldorf salad. It was clear that they used old apples instead of crisp apples. A chef should know that. Otherwise it was a lovely time.
Surprisingly great food out of this local gem 👍

Loved our lunch at Luigi's. The food ambience and service was amazing. Miya and Antoinette were on top of everything. The other folks clearing the table packing up left overs were terrific. Thanks again!
Great costumer services, but the food was uncooked

I recently hosted a Celebration of Life luncheon for 35 people in Luigi’s private Garden room. It was perfect. Luigi’s has been a family favorite for many years but I honestly didn’t expect their on-site catering to be so incredible. They checked all the boxes…and then some.
They allowed us into the restaurant early to set up the room during which time the servers were on hand to help ✅
Guests were blown away by the outstanding family style appetizers which included Fritto Misto, House Made Fresh Mozzarella and Salumi Antipasto. We could have stopped right there and been happy ✅
Lunch included Classic Caesar and Marinated Beet salads, then Farfalle & Sausage, Chicken Parm and Prime Hanger Steak. All delicious ✅
For dessert we chose Tiramisu and NY Style Cheesecake. No complaints there ✅
As important as the food was the service. Cordial, genial, and on the mark. They waited patiently while the eulogy was delivered and made up the time with ease ✅
The Garden room, being in the rear, was quiet and unaffected by the popular, crowded, noisy dining room ✅
I would not hesitate to host another private event at Luigi’s.

The food was pretty good. The pasta is homemade but I have had better. The atmosphere is lovely and the surface was very good.

Excellent as always, from appetizers to deserts. It's a most charming restaurant. Good selection of Italian specialty dishes.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share, ESPECIALLY from a place I am a frequent orderer from. Our spinach roll was raw to the point where once you cut it open it was all dough. Also ordered a salad and added chicken for an additional price, once arrived there was no chicken. I called to address my concerns, they forgot to put me on hold so I heard their whole conversation where they continued to say that I am lying and that they personally made these items and know none of this is accurate. Once coming back to my call I stopped them before they could continue and let them know I heard what they had said, continued to tell them I had no reason to “lie” about this situation, especially when I order from there ALL the time. They told me to send a picture I proceeded to say ok where do I send it to and they couldn’t give me a place to send the items. I continued to ask for their name when they decided to hang up on me. I am not a confrontational person but hearing all this really got me upset so I took my food that I was “lying” about and proceeded to the restaurant so they could see for themselves. Once I walked in I put my items on the counter and said here this is better than a photo. You could clearly see the roll was raw and the salad lacked chicken. INSTEAD of making the situation better the response I received was ok thank you. Instead of fixing ANYTHING they continued on with ok have a good night. No sorry, no reimbursement, no offer to fix the food. I was furious. I asked for a manager and they continued to tell me to have a good night. I left with nothing!!! I am beyond annoyed and upset. As I walk out he continued to say my name is “Abraham” by the way. I am appalled!!! Safe to say I will never ever return and they lost a very loyal customer. I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant if you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience in or out!
Dinner was enjoyable! My party and I ordered from Prefixed menu. Server needed to know the dessert along with the appetizer & entree', which was annoying. Anyway, out with friends and lots of catching up to do, we shared our appetizers because there were plenty. But as soon as appetizers were cleared our dinners arrived. Only one of the three entrees' ordered was hot. The other two that happened to be sane chicken dish, was barely warm and mashed potatoes were on the cool side. Wasn't worth having telling server because we didn't want food reheated in a microwave or oven. Took home leftovers. So my only complaint is food was prepared way too soon, they don't give you time to digest the appetizers. And why do I need to tell you my dessert before dessert time. Next visit I'm reminding server I am in NO RUSH
Good is always good and service is great.

We made reservation for Friday night dinner for party of 6 around 8pm and it was full house. We had to wait for 30 minutes even with reservation because big tables were not available yet. The fried calamari was good and nice portion (forgot to take pic) but the caesar salad was small portion and not worth ordering appetizer. We forgot to take pictures of the main course and the portions are good for sharing. We ordered too much and so much leftover. Highly recommended the Gnocchi with bologense sauce, pappardelle short rib ragu, chicken parm, grilled branzino.

Great restaurant we will definitely be back here again. The Cesar salad was excellent, the grilled octopus was very good to. The chicken Parmesan is amazing, probably the best I've had so far. The penne toscano with chicken was really good. Our waitresses were great, very attentive to us. Check it out if you have a chance.
