I'm a long-time customer here, and I've noticed some changes that are very disappointing.

I used to appreciate the freshly squeezed orange juice for $8 a cup. While the price has increased significantly to $11 plus tip, I'd still be willing to pay it, provided the juice is truly fresh.

During my visit today, I was served orange juice that was clearly poured from a bottle, not freshly squeezed. When I questioned this, the female cashier insisted it was fresh, which I found to be a blatant and disgusting lie. This misrepresentation of the product is unacceptable.

I want to be clear that the owner, the Korean guy, is great. However, I strongly advise other customers to avoid purchasing the orange juice and to be wary of the dishonesty by this particular female cashier regarding the orange juice.

I used to really love coming to this cafe and I have been a customer for years so I’m sad to write this review! The old baristas were so friendly, positive attitudes, and always crafted perfect lattes which uplifted my days lol. Unfortunately there’s been a shift in workers over the past year and one girl is especially unwelcoming, doesn’t even greet you back or really say anything except a dull glare. I always tip and treat their staff with kindness and respect so it’s become more and more off putting (especially with how high prices are these days). I worked as a barista a long time ago so I know it’s hard to always be in “customer service mode” but this has been my experience at Lulu & Dino for the past year now. The staff is much warmer and nicer to interact with at other local cafes like Grey Cafe and Kunst!!

Pretty modern/ hip East Asian cafe. Located on a corner block so easy to find street parking and also has a free parking lot. Employees were very nice and friendly. Just wish they had more gluten free options.

The desserts were delightful, with many varieties of refreshments. However, when I went up to buy another pastry, the staff didn’t seem as welcoming; it felt more like, 'Oh, it's you again.' The mango pastry tasted just like the apple one—there was no difference she said to me. I thought to myself, 'You’re welcome for making another transaction!' It’s also a bit frustrating when you spend over $35 and can’t find a seat because most of them are occupied by people who bring their computers and just buy one cup of coffee, taking up space. Plenty plenty of places like this in Flushing.

This cafe is inside a mix building, the space is not wide but bright.

Pistachio mousse was ok. The texture was a little bit too stiff.

My first time here although I always passed by this café. We got a fruit bingsu to share. There are watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple on top of the shredded ice. Fruits are very fresh and the ice is milky. It's $20 if pay by cash. 4% will be added to it when pay by card. Prices show on the menu are 4% added price so they said you get 4% discount when pay by cash.
The place is cozy with indoor and outdoor seats. But the tables need some cleaning. I don't feel comfortable when seeing the little crumbs and grease.
Therere are plenty of breads and cakes too. I probably will come back to try the coffee one day.

This place is really cool, but the quality of the pastries has been iffy in the past few visits. Like a prior reviewer mentioned, the tiramisu was a weird consistency when I ordered it, and some of the cookies we bought were rock hard (suggesting they might have been out for a few days or not sealed properly). The drinks were really nice, but for the price of everything it all felt pretty lackluster.

Comfortable seating indoor / outdoor and a nice atmosphere make it worth visiting, even if the menu isn’t too exciting.

This place has a lot of potential. It has a nice vibe, however we weren’t impressed with what we had gotten. Could possibly give it another try later in the future.
