I ordered through Fantuan and they made my order completely wrong and couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve ordered this same item multiple times before so I know when it’s made right. The employee was also on her phone the whole time and her attitude was very bad.

Ordered an XL milk tea for delivery via door dash, for $10.50 I expected a whole lot more. Tapioca pearls are almost hard, not chewy at all and it barely fit through the straw, It didn't say anywhere that it was green tea and sadly it made it worse than it was, it tasted completely unsweetened instead of a regular and overall, I'm just not happy. Had to throw the entire thing away, such a waste.
Tried this location twice. I had the green bubble milk tea and the four seasons milk tea, both with regular boba and herbal jelly. It's expensive for what you get, as both medium drinks came out to $9.25 and they really skimp on the herbal jelly topping. The reason why I'd never come back is that both times, the boba was too hard and stale. Both times, I ordered within an hour of the store opening. For one of my drinks, the boba came stuck together in one big blob at the bottom. I had a hard time trying to pry apart the clump with a metal spoon. Gross and inedible.

One of best bubble tea stores locate at Austin Street in queens,l. Great bubble tea with great service. It only took me like less 5 mins to get my order. Perfect size store and with few dinning tables. Clean and fresh air with music! I strongly recommend you to try.
