I ordered through Fantuan and they made my order completely wrong and couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve ordered this same item multiple times before so I know when it’s made right. The employee was also on her phone the whole time and her attitude was very bad.

Employees forgot to add boba pearls into my milk tea. Didn't realize at the time and even gave a tip. I'm a new customer and didn't realize it, because I was really nervous at the time, and employees also just ignored me.
