I usually go to the Fort Lee location in New Jersey, but today I visited the Northern Blvd branch for the first time and honestly, it was terrible. I can’t believe how poorly the staff is trained. I said “thank you” more than five times and was completely ignored, not even a simple greeting back. Every item I tried to order was “not available,” even though nothing was marked as sold out on the POS. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never go back again.

Horrible experience. The store has no ac in a HOT summer day. I ordered a rose flavor milk tea while the whole drink tasted just like a pure milk tea but made of powder. I used to be a big fan in Moge Tee when I lived in NY 2 years ago but I guess not anymore.

U need to wait at least ten mins for a drink. Be ready for waits here cuz staffs are super slow. Sometimes understaffs too. They really need to focus on their management every thing looks so messy and not organized.

The brown sugar was so bad. I'm sorry, and maybe it was this once, but it was SO BITTER and it felt like it was watered down. NO sweetness in the drink whatsoever. Never coming again.
