RUDE ! This man was yelling at me when I called to place a pickup order because I asked for an extra sauce and he was too stupid to understand that the combo I order comes with a sauce on the side. And he said they don’t do that?? But I get it every other time I go. And he hung up on me. He is doing great things for this business!! He was also smoking right outside the door of the restaurant…. It smells like cigarettes inside.

The food was delicious and overall good but had a really horrible experience. One of our food order came very late almost when everyone was done because they forgot about it which is ok that happens when you have a large party but when we asked about it the manager was very rude and then started screaming at us blaming us that we didn’t order together which is not true we did order all the entree together He even give our check right away so we pay and leave. Never had a bad experience like this. If they just say sorry it didn’t need to escalate that far. Then we realize he is the manager of the Astoria location.

Had the worse experience in my life at the Astoria location. We ordered a lot of food party of 10 ppl, two orders came out really late almost at the end when everyone was done eating so we complained about it the manager got so mad at us it was so unbelievable and embarrassing. He started screaming and almost got a fight with us. They didn’t want to admit they forgot about those 2 orders and just say sorry. There was no need to behave this way. Very disappointing about the behavior never had a bad experience like this before.

My first time coming to this location and I can confidently say that this restaurant has earned a 10/10. From the food being amazing down to the service. My server was Hercules , he was very polite and attentive, making sure we were good and had what we needed the entire time we were here. He definitely made this experience. He was very charismatic and made light enjoyable conversation with the table. He even helped me by putting on the bib when I went straight into digging in and forgot it🤣. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I got the all you can eat, the food was delicious and fresh. It didn’t come out in a big tray like the other locations which I liked, the proportions were definitely worth the price. So if you want a full belly of delicious food for the right price then you’ve made a great choice by coming here.

The food tasted decent, but I got sick to my stomach and was throwing up at 3 am thanks to this place, the macaroni and cheese tasted like old frozen food and the oil must not be clean. This is the third time i get sick eating here. The waiter was not at all interested in his job and then they include a 20% gratuity? Tip is supposed to be earned.

Had a great experience there the other day. We tried the all you can eat, and it was fenomenal. SO WORTH IT!!! The meat was so moist and crispy on the outsides There are also soft drinks and great sides included. Plus the house beer had a special price. It was great. The staff were super nice and helpful with us. My boyfriend has an extreme severe allergy to pineapple, and they made sure to check every single sauces it was safe for him to eat. Great thing they did that, my boyfriend was about to pick one that contained pineapple and we did not have his EpiPen. Anyway, will be coming back for sure!! They have great deal for brunch as well. Great dishes and bottomless brunch drinks.
Very very mid boil, had better. It wasn’t very flavorful, pretty plain and I got their signature flavor. Chicken was pretty good though. Good to try but wouldn’t come back to be honest.
20% gratuity included without saying no. For 20% gratuity, the food and customer service should have been way better.
