The taste of their food stops conversations mid-bite. The flavors and service approach deserve recognition. Staff members demonstrate friendliness without arrogance. The atmosphere, waitstaff approach and food here are all impressive. I would rate this restaurant immeasurably high.

I appreciated the thought put into how this place feels. The dishes taste great and fill you up completely. Staff interactions seem genuine and easy. Their staff notices hesitation and responds helpfully. Our table enjoyed a special experience.

The negative comments had me ready for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their space shows attention to detail. The complete team delivers superior service. I found their dishes memorable. This place delivers consistent satisfaction.

I bought feteer meshaltet, 1 for $32 and that was such a disappointment, it’s so hard to chew and tasteless especially for that price. Too expensive for such a poorly made Egyptian traditional dish. I hope they improve and change the recipe.

Avoid! Bad feteer, returned it. No reaction by them, they do not even care to apologize!

BEWARE absolutely not worth your money! Food was terrible absolutely bland! Don't ask for the sauce. The salt and pepper shaker had nothing inside it. The pictures on the reviews are a joke. They didn't care to ask if we liked it or not. On top of that they put a service charge without even caring if we were ok or not. Hasn't been even 20 mins, and my stomach started hurting really bad. The rice tasted bad as if it was out for 2 days. I expect this establishment to compensate as soon as possible.

Perfect and delicious Egyptian food. It tastes like home. The mixed feteer, mombar, and the bashamel were perfect. The Alexandrian liver sandwich was very good. The molokheya was good as well. Special thanks to Raga, who provided exceptional service. A must try if you visit NY.
