Mama Kitchen in Queens, NY is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the city. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and the incredible aroma of spices that instantly transports you to the streets of Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. I tried the cauliflower shawarma on frena bread, the eggplant carpaccio, and their signature hummus plate—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented....

The food was delicious, and the server was incredibly accommodating. The kitchen did take a pretty long time for the main, and the music was a bit loud, but overall would definitely come again. The Syriah was amazing.
