Today I placed an order for empanadas by phone to pick up when I arrived at the store, they were ready, I paid and in a minute I returned to the store because they were missing me. The very angry cook scolded me, all hysterical, fighting over an empanada and started saying that everything had been very busy. the day which is not my problem but I think that no customer should be treated that way I do not recommend that place the employees do not know how to be polite

Empanadas were good! Not as good as other locations, so dont set high expectations. Probably the worst of all thr mama's uve been to. Been here about 7 times, not friendly, but they're consistent, so theres that. Cash only, so make a stop at ATM. They have an ATM inside as well. Quick service.

Overall great empanadas but bad customer service over the phone does not repeat the order just from previous orders, they have messed up and only give one condiment depending on the persons mood. I ordered five empanadas and just get one condiment.Don’t get me wrong empanadas are on point but customer service sucks.

Decent food. I really only come here for the Empanadas. Everything is good about this place including the food. The only problem I have is each time I take a menu home and place an order over the phone, it seems as if my menu is always outdated. Every few weeks the prices are going up. Granted it's nickels and dimes but when you're buying a few, it all adds up quickly.

I've been there twice and I thought the empanadas were good until they reduced the sauce serving. They use to have the sauces in those little aluminum tubular containers which was good for 2 empanadas... now they give you a little plastic cup and they barely fill it enough to enjoy one empanada... and just as the majority other reviews state they have the nerve to charge for this minuscule amount of sauce... they reduced their serving to FORCE YOU TO REQUEST EXTRA!!! And the customer service is lacking... they are rude and have attitudes. They lost another customer here after my second visit with their changes.
