New favorite local sushi take-out spot. Very friendly welcome when I walked in, told them my daughter really wants salmon and they were happy to custom one of the plates to include only salmon.
The salmon itself was excellent. Fresh and smooth texture, dare I say best I’ve had outside of Japan (was there in July).

This is our favorite neighborhood sushi place. We always order the sushi/sashimi platter and it never disappoints in portion or freshness. The salmon and fluke (esp the side chewy bits - iykyk) are my fav. The rolls are great too - a good balance of rice and fish (you know how other places can get a bit overboard with rice).
