Good people but they don't know how to run a business. The pizza is average, the price is higher than average, the menu is very limited, the business hours is something you would see in a Communist country (or France). The cherry on top is that the place is closed 50% of the time or they are having some secret handshake party in the back. This place is more of a social experiment or some sort of an art exhibit, rather than an actual business.
GREAT PIZZA! No frills. Just straight up Brooklyn pizza place. Loved it.

Mouth feel, mouth feel, mouth feel
From macro to micro, Manos does it right. The dough is chewy and crispy. The sauce is sweet but not too sweet. All of the pizzas had a distinct flavor profile. The pepperoni slice was a classic done immaculately well. The margarita with hot honey was sweet and fresh. The French onion pizza tasted like your fav soup.
The staff was super nice and helped us even cut our slices smaller so we could all try.
The best thing from Italy since the Holy Roman Empire.

Easiest five star I’ve ever given. Tasty and fresh pizza, Great staff, clean store with great vibes, what more could you ask for? I recommend the Vodka and Manopella. The manopella is one of the best topping slices I’ve had in this city. The crust is really good and crunchy because of the fermentation, the cheese is really good quality, and their sauces are so fresh.

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Crunchy thin crust, bright beautiful sauce, seasoning is almost melodic I wish I could sing it to you. The owner has responded to my questions on Instagram and really gives a shit about everyone getting an amazing product. I ordered delivery and got lucky but go ahead and order in person If you can - the pizza deserves it. Thanks Manos pizza! Can’t wait for the next one.
Almost forgot to tell y’all you neeeeeed to order the meatballs. LIKE BUTTAH

I wish this place was around when I lived in Ridgewood. The pizza is really, really good with the perfect balance e of cheese and sauce with a great crust. The staff are super nice and helpful. It's a little small, so it's tricky to dine-in, but it feels the way a NY pizzeria should feel. Parking in Ridgewood is terrible, but it's definitely the best in the area and one of the best in the city🙏

5 stars for the pizza, but 3 stars for service. The pizza here is easily some of the best in the city and I love it but each time I come in I have a more bizarre experience than the last. I understand these are new business owners but they may benefit from some proper training with experienced business owners.
The first weird experience was when we called for a pickup order and they told us what time to come, my husband arrived at that time but they made him wait outside in the cold until it was ready.
The next time, the cashier yelled at young children to be quiet while she was on the phone.
The third time, I tried to order but they said they only took orders for pies on the phone and not slices. Not ideal for someone with a quick break as you get there and have to wait to be helped (service isn’t the fastest)
The most recent which was surely the biggest head-scratcher of all was I ordered multiple pies coming out to around $150 for pick-up. The cashier asked me on the phone if I would like to tip 22%, 20%, or cash in person. I was really uncomfortable at this and not really confrontational so I awkwardly said uh, in cash? I’m not sure what part of picking up the phone and taking my credit card info would merit a $40 tip, but it’s just not appropriate to ask. Their pizza is already the most expensive in the neighborhood(I say it’s worth the price) but I’ve placed hundreds of pick up orders on the phone before and have never been asked to tip for a pick up order, let alone ask for cash in person.
All that being said, the pizza here is really incredible and I feel that if they are able to iron out their logistical issues and service they can eventually become an institution and more of a destination spot than it is now.
