We had dinner at this restaurant today. The interior of the hall is simple. A huge chandelier enlivens the interior. The servers are modest and polite, it was very comfortable to communicate with them, they answered all our questions and gave recommendations. We tried plov, Marakand spec.wrap, chicken and beef kebabs, home made compot and Uzbek flatbreads. The food was served 15 minutes after ordering, very quickly. The prices are average. The atmosphere is calm, pleasant music...

Food here is great, authentic and always great. Service is mediocre at best. The servers don't speak English and if you are non-Uzbek the treatment you get is subpar. It is customary for serves to periodically check on the table to make sure everything is good and if there's anything else needed. But here the servers only initially take your order and beyond that you will have to put a great effort to get their attention. Overall a good restaurant but they can definitely...

Absolutely unbelievable food. Having been to the region, I can say it is authentic. It's also 100% the best I ever had in the States, and maybe even in Central Asia itself. The marinade on their kebab is amazing, everything perfectly balanced, flavorful, succulent. Meat was tender and moist. We were a table of 5 adults and 2 kids so we tried almost everything on the menu. Every single item was a hit, no misses. The dessert also tastes completely fresh, not store bought.
