Victoria was a tremendous help in arranging for a very specific catering order, and the María Bonita team pulled it off spectacularly. My guests were gushing about the quality of the food. But the real value, from the host perspective, is that they made it very easy, took care of everything, and left us feeling more than satisfied. For reference, the event was a one-hour cocktail hour at an outdoor venue. They did an excellent job and I would certainly use their services again.

An after experiencing them for myself I can relate to those and I am grateful for the amazing customer service, delicious and quality food served at our wedding. My husband and I wanted to work with people who had great energy and could fulfill what we were looking for which was combining our two cultures together through our food selection. Our guests definitely noticed, were full and happy! We want to thank the entire Maria Bonita Catering team for their well-coordinated work - from menu discussion to the final service at the party. Our guests and colleagues noted that the food was unimaginably delicious. The maintenance staff did a good job. We are grateful for your help in organizing our party. I hired Maria and her daughter for my wedding and was blown away by the tasting we received. It was no question that we would hire them for our wedding after that initial meeting. The mother and daughter duo were absolutely lovely , then the day of the wedding came…I heard nothing from her the entire day up until right before cocktail hour as I was calling them non stop because I was supposed to be their only party that day. They showed up at 5pm when my cocktail hour was set to start at 4:30pm and they were made well aware at least a month in advance. They even offered to flip my ballroom for me saying I shouldn’t stress on that day and that they would take care of it ,shocker… I was left to set up my own wedding hall myself with the help of family and friends after they completely dropped the ball.They completely missed passing out food during cocktail hour and I had no bartender. Again in all this madness the daughter who was my main point of contact was nowhere to be found. Then my buffet came out and instead of coming to speak with myself and my parents they took direction from someone who had no say in my wedding set up and didn’t put out any of the decor we had paid for. The food went out and was cold and all my guests complained about the cold food. It’s like mother and daughter didn’t communicate at all. At the end of it all they discounted the amount charged for all the mistakes but that doesn’t stop my event being a complete mess. If you’re considering please go with a more organized company as the two do not communicate and I guess whatever other event they were having that day took president over my special day. The only saving grace was the lovely bar tending staff who I would hire separately and were completely embarrassed by the service we were given.
