This is a super tasty food place, it makes me feel back in the days somewhere in Oaxaca. Dishes are very spicy, I love that but just letting you know, service was great, the place I would say it’s not like to hangout for too long but I feel it’s part of the concept.

Took my mom straight here from LGA because she always wants something salty and sour when we link up. As non-native speakers, we were confused on the ordering and paying process but it ended up being waiter service + pay at the counter. Mom and I split an aguachile, two fish tacos, and an order of grilled shrimp. We were practically drinking up the aguachile's verdant lime marinade and puckering at the refreshing tartness. The creamy sauce and fried fish on the taco was a nice foil to the sour and spicy aguachile as well. The grilled shrimp, I probably had high hopes for, and might be a smarter order at a more coastal seafood town rather than in Queens. Overall nice clean place, fun beverage options which make you feel like you're in Baja or some place where sand lies between your toes, and great seafood.

Had been dying to try this place for months! Finally made the time to go yesterday and I have mixed feelings. The food was absolutely stellar and everything that I hoped for. However the service left a lot to be desired, we ordered two micheladas and it took 20 minutes to get them while I watched the staff take their lunch breaks and socialize, no urgency to bring our drinks whatsoever. Which is a bummer because by the time the micheladas came they were watered down. The AC was also blasting and it was extremely cold inside, the music was painfully loud. Overall the vibe of the servers was very disengaged and careless. Will definitely return because like I said the food is absolutely stellar but the service could use a lot of improvement.

Food is amazing but some of the younger employees lack interest in their position and that can across as rude. I will definitely come back though, the food has the right amount of spice and tastes just like seafood dishes in Mexico.

When you see the appearance of this place you will think that it is just any restaurant, however when you try its dishes you will say that it is worth more than many good looking restaurants in NYC, fresh products, excellent flavors and very good prices make you want to repeat more than once this place. Some dishes are a little spicy, you can't expect anything less from a Mexican restaurant but they are certainly very tasty.

No frills ceviche joint. Inside is bright and clean with a cartoonish nautical theme - bright blue with a yellow submarine. You order at the counter and servers bring huge bowls to your table with a side of nachos to deliver the goods to your mouth. It was some of the best ceviche I have ever had in my life. We will be back.

Went there this weekend passed this place million times. OMFG food was mad good service were good and the atmosphere nice music. Can’t wait to go back I had the fish tacos and shrimp cervicales best I ever had.
I've been craving agua chile since i'm from LA, and I finally found a place where I could get it. The agua chile here was good, but it was a little too raw for the shrimp, possibly because they use pretty big shrimp(I know it's supposed to be raw but still it's still cooked a little bit because of the lemon juice). Parking near the restaurant can be challenging, so be aware of that. Nevertheless, I cant wait to try other items on their menu. The server(she) was very kind.

Don’t let this place fool you. They have 5 star aguachile and ceveche. It gets crowded but is well worth the wait.
