Cheesecake was excellent, chocolate cake could have been a bit more of a fine sponge and balanced with a little salt!

please note all the toppers I PROVIDED.
I Got a cake for my daughter’s birthday, they forgot to write the message i gave. Day of pick up i had to ask for it… they wrote it in a blue i did not ask for and wrote it on top when i specifically asked for it on the front because i had toppers. please note i was not charged extra for the “decorations”
I tried to order another cake today- asked for an explanation of the “extra” charges for decorating the cake… they said anything more would be extra. not sure how that makes sense if you’re ordering a custom cake it shouldn’t start at $60 if that’s the case. so you’re going to give me a cake with no piping just flat starting at $60? with all that being said i was going to pay it because i actually like their cake and i wanted it… but..the manager was rude and it caused me to just walk out. there’s way too many bakeries out here to feel disrespected while also pay $120 for an 8 inch heart cake with simple piping. you guys need to reevaluate how you treat people.
i was dismissed when i walked up to the manager, she was sitting where i was told to order the cake last time. she told me i had to wait for someone to come to me (wait for the teens that work their to finish their convo) the place was empty. she went back to her phone. and then surprise had to come help me anyway.

I get my daughter's bday cake or cupcakes annually for 3 years now at Martha's. This year was an unpleasant experience where I placed the order a couple days in advance, but when I went to pick it up, the baker had written the wrong name in icing on the cake (despite the name being spelled correctly on the receipt). This led to me having to wait for it to be fixed for 20-30 mins, rather than a quick pickup, on a day where I was short on time running around to prep for the party. No comp of any kind was offered; instead just extra wait time for it to be corrected. It was a bad deal, and bad business practice where the customer gets to be the loser due to the bakery's obvious error.

I can't believe the prices in this place. After paying for what I ordered, I asked the girl for a receipt thinking she made a mistake. 2 cake pops 13.00 and a muffin 5.25 plus tax .
Don't get me wrong.Everything was good service, food. But you would think you were on fifth avenue in manhattan.
Needless to say , I won't be coming here too often.

My Absolute Favorite Cake Shop in the USA! 🎂✨
I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is, without a doubt, my favorite cake shop in the entire country. They have been a part of every major milestone in my life, and they never fail to impress.

Cramped seating with mediocre desserts. We had the cheesecake, fudge cake, and stuffed peanut butter cookie. The best by far was the stuffed peanut butter cookie. It was served warm with lots of gooey peanut butter in the center. It was pretty good! The fudge cake was dry and stiff like it was sitting in the case for a week. The frosting was good though. My husband didn’t think the cheesecake was good. I’d possibly give it another shot and order another peanut butter cookie, but won’t go out my way to come again.

I really love the carrot, chocolate and red velvet cakes. One thing I dislike is the inconsistency of the freshness, as sometimes I received cakes that tasted different because of the freshness…

Best cakes I ever ate at East Coast, so delicious. Fresh and tasty fillings. Vegetarian options available, ask them.
Verry friendly, they help with birthday surprises at Bakery.
Also, for multiple parties we pick up cakes with personalized messages. 10/10.

Most trash flavorless cookies I've ever purchased, I've had much better cookies from a grocery store aisle and four out of the five cookies tasted like raw flour not to mention 5 cookies were $37
