They must pay for good reviews or only give good cake to people they know. And don’t reply to me because my husband was there with me when we left a deposit and reviewed the details of cake. I called Saturday for a simple 1/2 pound dominican cake with some type of pink for a baby shower. I was told Tuesday 11:30 pick up and it would be 25$. I repeated it back and everything just to confirm. I saw the past reviews so i also called the day before (Monday) and confirmed we were all set for 11:30 pick up on Tuesday. Tuesday at 11:30 I drive there and its closed metal gate down and all. I called four times and no answer. I check google and it says they open at 11. I waited until 12 called again and nothing. Luckily I remember a place close by that had premade cakes. I went to Nueva Nitin Bakery and luckily they were open and I got exactly what I wanted. Listen to the review and dont waste your time. The reviews shows that its a consistent theme of unprofessionalism.

Cake is delicious but the business hours are flaky. I ordered for pick up at noon. They confirmed with me day prior for noon. They opened at 1230. Cake isn’t ready, they dont offer option to deliver and they said its another 30 min wait. Now im late for the event all cause they couldnt stick to the agreed pick up time. Walk in and buy but not reliable for ahead of time services

This was my first time placing an order with them it was my daughter's Quinceañero so i really wanted something beautiful and they meet my expectations. I can't complain the cake was just as I wanted. They were very professional and did everything as I asked. All the guest loved the cake. You could tell that the cake was freshly made. Would recommend them anytime.?? ??

First time ordering a cake from this place. Had been looking for bakery that does Dominican cakes in the Queens area. Came across this bakery but was a little weary because of some of the reviews. I’d figure I’d give it a shot for a small basic birthday cake. I picked up the cake and luckily enough it wasn’t crowded so I was attended to right away. The cake was a hit at my mother’s birthday dinner. The cake was moist and the fillings (dulce de leche and pineapple) were delicious! The cake was a huge hit! I now have a local bakery for Dominican cakes. I just hope they quality stays the same every time. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a cake for my niece 25 birthday party. I told the guy that I will pick it up at 3pm. My niece got to the bakery around 1:30 pm . The owner told her to come back by 3pm the cake is not ready yet okay so she left. She then returned at 3pm the cake was ready. Sh then got home with the cake and it fell apart never made it to the cake table. I reached out to the owner sent him picture of the cake with my phone number to reach out to me he never did. I reached out to him again he never called me back. Very poor service, very bad management it was his fault that the cake fell apart he should not have made the cake right there and then .

The worst place ever my cousin and I Order a tres leche cake here . The cake taste it dry and old . please stay away from this place . We spend 170 for this trash . People go spend your hard earning money somewhere else.

So I ordered a cake from here, I sent the pictures and all I asked was the cake to be done in Dominican meringue. I like my cakes simple clean straight lines. I even told them not to put the gold details because I didn't want it be too much. I feel thay when you price your cakes it because of the type of work you do, and I understand that people need to charge whatever it feels their work is worth. They told me this cake in 1/2lb will be $75 which I didn't mind, until I saw the cake. I think as a professional you should be able to tell if you can do the job or not. Thank God this was a personal cake and not for a big party because, it would've been very embarrassing.
