I have given this place multiple tries and it’s always bad. Terrible customer service. Over price for mediocre food and service. Orders are always wrong. They claim to have a promotion but when you get to the store it’s sold out or unavailable.

The food is good, but the service is okay. They don’t always have elotes or esquites available which is kind disappointing, awhile ago I went to location in person around 4pm and was told the elotes are not ready, then today I called at 4pm to order esquites and was told to call back an hour. I called at 5pm was told that they aren’t ready and will be available at 7pm. Mind you the store opens at 1pm so why isn’t this information of not having things available posted anywhere to inform customers.

I stopped by this weekend as the weather is getting better. I’ve been here a few times, the menu is great and I love the variety. This a great place to stop by and pick up a treat. The customer service is/always has been average. But overall I recommend if you want a treat to go.

Worst customer service, this the second time I come here and get ignored by employees. They see you walk in and do not attend you. Multiple employees “preparing order” and not one single cashier. If they do not wish to interact with customers then there should be a clear sign to order online. WORST EMPLOYEES!!
