This location is near my place and I always see it when I pass by. Tonight I felt like stopping by to pick an order to go. The place looks a cool spot to hang with friends and family and super clean and helpful. I skimmed thru the menu quick and the Karaage Curry caught my eye since it was a curry dish !!! I must say the food was good! However, it was a big disappointment in which there was no curry ..? Just some sweet sauce drizzled on the chicken katsu. I was really looking forward to this dish/my dinner but the curry was a no show! Kindly can do better with this dish by actually adding the curry sauce!!

A staple for whenever it's my turn to suggest a restaurant for dinner that's not typical and that is extremely delicious! I've done take out and dine in multiple times and find myself super satisfied each time. My favorite mazemen is the curry one! I like the beat one as well but find myself craving the curry flavor which the vinegar adds sucha nice tang to. Appetizers are always a hit, in particular the banh mi fries and karaage. I've only gotten the ramen and soba once each - I prefer the soba. There is usually only one or two people working in the front, but they do their best to make you feel welcome and attended to.

Beat Mazesoba is a Japanese focused restaurant with some fusion aspects to it, a very interesting combination! Absolutely order the best Mazesoba but just be aware of the ingredients. I was unaware of the seafood element but enjoyed the soba greatly despite that. The nachos were just straight fire. Service was attentive and speedy, though there were only 2 tables of customers at the time.

Did not know they make their noodles fresh everyday! Ramen noodle was chewy, like it's just been made. Broth was just right. Not too thick, not too watery. And not salty, but flavorful. I wish there were more chicken options for ramen. Definitely recommend this place. I'll be coming back to try their burger!

food is so bad like coming straight from microwave. Bill left on table after serving appetizer. I dont get it, it's only 730 and no one's on line. Wont order anything or dine in again rest of my life.$20 curry, $20 Pasta on a pizza plate. Blacklist

This is a Korean owned Japanese restaurant with dishes cooked by Korean chefs and it IS DELICIOUS! I've tried a lot of noodle restaurants that have been fairly good, but none have been truly unique. However, Mazesoba is amazing and it will definitely be a regular stop when we drive over to the area.

Food was absolutely delicious and the wait staff was very sweet and courteous. We can't wait to go back! Loved the sojul sangria and the mussel pot!

Came here for a casual weekend lunch and it was pretty enjoyable. Beat Mazesoba is known for their dry ramen it seems, which sounded interesting at first, but then if you really think about it, soup is highlight of the ramen. For that reason, I would prefer ramen with roup; but for novelty, this was a interesting concept. The ramen itself tasted pretty good, but not as good as if there was soup. Although they do have other options with soup so there are a variety of options. Also got a few side dishes they had and all tasted pretty good! I really enjoyed their hojicha latte, would definitely get it again. Service was standard, nice servers and no issues with efficiency. Overall would recommend this place for a casual dining experience.

The food is great. The appetizer is also amazing, we tried the egg and sticky rib. There also have some good Japanese draft choices. The service is meh. They don't have a lot of worker there but they are attentive when you grabbed their attention. The place is cute and clean.

We stumbled into Beat Mazesoba earlier this week because we were starving. The spicy ramen we order was good but the rib eye steak we order was well done when we told the server that we wanted our steak medium rare. The gravy on top of the ribeye has a great taste to it. Overall the service was great. The food was decent.
