This branch of McDonald's has a poor quality service. I ordered 3 McDouble meals for take-out. When I arrived home and about to eat my meal, it's only a cheeseburger, not a McDOUBLE that I paid for. They also served cold fries. This store needs a quality control person to monitor the order. Sadly, they are incompetent!

I placed a mobile order at 9:51 for breakfast and added cookies to eat for lunch. When I went on my break at 12 I seen a sticker on the cookies stating they expire was 05/07/2025 at 11:01 am. I went back to McDonalds and asked the manger if I can switch for fresher cookies or get a refund and was told me I could not get either because basically I should have eaten them before 11.

We visited here for a morning start. While the burger king in the opposite deny us for breakfast meal (it was 10.45), mcdonald took us in with delicious deal and just right for a perfect sunday breakfast. We were satisfied, full and feliz. The workers are extremely patient even though it was morning time and the store packed with people. Food is served quick, hot and steamy. Standard quality. No rude attitude.

Food is solid, taste like a regular McDonald’s, service was alright no napkins most employees only speak Spanish and your only allowed 1 sauce. In terms of atmosphere it was busy and there are long bathroom waits(only a gender neutral restroom) and some pretty loud music playing (Hispanic music).
Takes to long to take our orders and ignored us. I don’t recommend coming here bad service.

I placed an order through the McDonald’s App, the order was picked up/delivered by Uber Eats on December 11th, 2024 (close to midnight) and my food arrived cold so I called Uber Eats on December 12th and they immediately issued a full refund. Almost one month later now (01/08/25) and I STILL HAVEN’T gotten my refund!! I keep trying to call this location and they refuse to answer or call back. Where the fudge is my money?!
