The oxtail was not cooked enough. The meat was tough and also no gravy. The rice and beans were bland and one plantain. Save your money.
Food was overpriced, no price listed. Food was just ok. The guy that served the food was very nice.
So good!!
Excellent quality of food. Everything is fresh. Prices are very good.
Generous portions. Curry chicken falls off the bone with amazing flavor. Lovely woman who served us lunch.
Ox tail is a must get
The escovitch fish we ordered yesterday was great with rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains. We also had fried dumplings. It was fresh, and very delicious. Very tasty. We will be back.
Please be careful eating here. This place has very unsanitary practices. You can Google their grade and violations.
Literally the best food and love the ladies working behind the counter. Very comfortable chairs as well.
Been coming to Melting Pot for years. The food is always solid and consistent. I haven’t tried anything from here that I don’t like. Jerk chicken and oxtail is always fresh and flavorful. They make a fresh pineapple ginger juice that’s amazing. Everyone I’ve brought here always enjoy the food.

I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Melting Pot Cuisine in Queens, a hidden gem that has become my go-to spot for quick and delicious meals before my flights out of LaGuardia Airport. As a frequent traveler, I've had the pleasure of ordering takeout from this wonderful restaurant on multiple occasions, and I'm consistently impressed by their quality, service, and convenience.
One of the standout aspects of Melting Pot Cuisine is their exceptional takeout service. I've always called in my orders, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They work with me to ensure that my order is ready for pickup at the exact time I need it, which is a godsend when I'm on a tight travel schedule. The speed of service is impressive, and I've never had to wait long for my order to be ready.
But what truly sets Melting Pot Cuisine apart is the quality of their food. Every time I pick up my order, the food is consistently hot and fresh, which is a testament to their attention to detail and commitment to quality. I've tried a variety of dishes, including their vegetarian options, and I'm always impressed by the flavors, textures, and presentation. Whether I'm in the mood for something classic or adventurous, Melting Pot Cuisine always delivers.
As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they offer a variety of plant-based options that are just as delicious as their non-vegetarian dishes. The quality of their vegetarian options is top-notch, and I've never been disappointed. From the flavors to the presentation, every aspect of their vegetarian dishes is well thought out and expertly prepared.
What I appreciate most about Melting Pot Cuisine is their ability to balance quality and convenience. They understand the needs of travelers like me, who require a quick and delicious meal before a flight. Their menu is carefully crafted to cater to a variety of tastes and dietary needs, and their staff is always happy to accommodate special requests.
In short, Melting Pot Cuisine is a must-visit spot for anyone flying out of LGA Airport. If you're looking for a reliable and delicious meal that can be ready quickly, look no further. With their exceptional service, quality food, and convenient location, Melting Pot Cuisine is the perfect choice for travelers on-the-go. Five stars, hands down, and I'll be back!

3.7 stars. Took over 50 mins just to cook and over an hour to arrive. Escovitch was great but needed the gravy on top. Fish piece is small once head is taken off. White rice was stale. Plantains were softer & riper than I expected for a Jamaican place but just 3-4 pieces is stingy considering half the dish is stale rice and it'sa $25 meal. Festival was banging! 4 pieces to the order. Their courier didnt follow delivery instructions and I had to go out and find him. If the delivery time was cut in half I would consider ordering other dishes in the future.
