Had a layover at this terminal so I got a hot dog. 7-11 makes better hot dogs than whatever this trash is.

I purchased some snacks to take back to Italy. The cost was indicated on NONE. I got a surprise at the checkout. All were at least a third more expensive than the most expensive seller in Manhattan.

Two staff just stood by the register yapping to each other, not in English, while customers stood there, waiting for the staff to notice and start caring about their jobs. Absolutely terrible service.

Was 9:55 on February 27th, guy with beard was extremely rude for no reason, wouldn’t give me service and held his finger in my face while he answered his phone. Won’t ever come back because of that employee

Awful service and fraudulent unexpected fees and charges. Cashier purposely double scans and gives incorrect orders and charges. Taxation and fees are a death toll for both citizens and tourists. Avoid New York at all cost unless you're a multi millionaire or a billionaire. Probably the worst country | have visited in my 30 years living on this planet.

In Terminal 8, on my way to Gate 5. I'm a bit confused if this is the same Mezze cafe. At 530a I liked this place for my made to order breakfast burrito (yes had to wait). This place uses real eggs, and the flavors was as expected and price was fair, given this is JFK airport. I can't rate the coffee but this little kiosk did it's job for me and quickly churned out hot breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy!

I hope the owner of the establishment reads the reviews, unsympathetic staff, with bad faces, terrible service! I tell you that I hardly speak English, I try to use the cell phone translator and the employee had a face like disgust, I bought twice and both times they served me with a bad face and a bad attitude, laughing among themselves. A little more empathy with the client

Terrible service. Staff so unfriendly, food absolutely overpriced. They charge much more than what is established in the price list, even with taxes. Would not recommend it at all. Can’t believe how this place is still open at the airport. Not going there anymore, that’s for sure.

Terrible service at the establishment located at JFK Airport.

I ordered three coffees, which were served at an extremely high temperature, making them impossible to drink. Additionally, the taste was that of "burnt coffee" due to the excessive heat. I politely approached the staff to request that the drinks be prepared again, as they were not drinkable in their current state. However, I was firmly refused and responded to with sarcasm.

Then my father tried to address the issue on my behalf and was met with insults from the same employee.

I choose to give one star because the app doesn't allow me to select 0!!!!!

Insanely overpriced. Manager kept telling the cashier to add items. A total of 3 tiny plates with a single side and 2 water bottles came out to be $91….?????
