They did not have breakfast foods during the hours posted on their menu, and the chicken wrap I purchased was frozen. The drink selection in the cooler was scant. The cashier was short with answers and unpleasant.

I requested a blueberry muffin pointed out the one that I wanted. The attendant on service asked me why would that be difficult? They are all the same, to which I replied this is the one I want to watch. He refuses to give me the one I wanted and told me they were all the same , so I walked away no service.. When a customer makes a request and it is within reason that request to be honored.

It's a scam. They sell useless things, and you can't return them because of their no-refund policy. I bought an adapter that didn't work, and I tried it in front of the seller, and it didn't work. He wouldn't give me my €30 back. Please don't buy anything here.

With all of the construction going on at JFK Terminal 8, this cafe’s days are numbered. $40 for 6 chicken tenders (no dipping sauce available), fries & one burger. No drinks. All pre-made and languishing under a heat lamp. Once the new restaurants open, Mezze Cafe will immediately shutter.

No wonder the review is so low. The staff there is so slow. They rather talk to each other and joke around. Appeared annoyed whenever there is a guest. Left me waiting for 10 minutes, no one was before me, while they were joking around. Beyond rude. They want the shop to be closed.

Had a layover at this terminal so I got a hot dog. 7-11 makes better hot dogs than whatever this trash is.

I purchased some snacks to take back to Italy. The cost was indicated on NONE. I got a surprise at the checkout. All were at least a third more expensive than the most expensive seller in Manhattan.
