In Terminal 8, on my way to Gate 5. I'm a bit confused if this is the same Mezze cafe. At 530a I liked this place for my made to order breakfast burrito (yes had to wait). This place uses real eggs, and the flavors was as expected and price was fair, given this is JFK airport. I can't rate the coffee but this little kiosk did it's job for me and quickly churned out hot breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy!
Had some muffins and coffee. Terminal 8 is undergoing serious referb so not lots of eating options. Lady behind the register was lovely and was dealing with so much and so many people.
So, I really have to say this... the food is mouth-watering....i am always looking forward to it. A culinary high light of my otherwise bland super- stressed day...and for the service from the employees, especially the one and only Rahul, five- stars!! ?
