Ridiculously expensive for the lowest quality food you can imagine. One order of nachos (literally just dumped out of a bag and onto a tray) and a simple quesadilla took more than 40 minutes to get to the table, and the place wasn't very busy. The website you must order from is slower than sites in the 1990s. They must purposely slow it down to frustrate you so much that you just allow it to auto close your tab (after taking 20 minutes waiting int for page loads just to place an order) so they can collect the extra 20% gratuity.
I don't expect much from a restaurant at JFK, but this was so bad it's both hilarious and insulting at the same time.

There was no rice in the kitchen so many of the dishes were off. When my tacos came they were pitifully small with little meat mainly salad.
The staff were slow and uncaring.
The prices were sky high and with the mandatory minimum 15% service charge the bill read ludicrous.
Not to be recommended !

Terrible. The kiosk will take your order even if they never intend to make the food. They also refuse to refund your payment. Avoid.

GREAT mojitos - my wife says it's the most authentic she's ever had at an airport. Honestly, the food is just ok. Certainly fine, but go for the drinks.
Delicious! The best part of the visit was the GREAT service from Kevin. He had us laughing and really made our trip to this restaurant memorable. He was attentive, able to help us navigate the menu options and was helpful with "tourist" questions.
Go for a cocktail and some laughs. Thanks Kevin! You made it a great start to our holiday.

Very disappointed! I ordered the Gringo Bowl, which was ok only because I was extremely hungry, but the the bowl was a major letdown. I thought a veggie bowl should have vegetables, not just rice and beans. This one barely had any veggies, which was very frustrating.

The worst part of it all was the disorganized and unprofessional behavior of the staff. While waiting in line for my food, I had to listen to the staff loudly venting their frustrations. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I can't recommend this place!

The waiter should be instructed that there are many traditions of tipping in the world, and that he will be meeting jet-lagged people at the airport who may not always get it right. I only consider a tip of 20% to be appropriate where the order is brought to the table. In addition, the restaurant did not have everything that was listed on the menu. They count too much on people going there once and never coming back.

Service was terrible to start, guy next to me asked for the bill, was told it was in front of them and the barman just walked away, didn’t even acknowledge me waiting to order, 10 minutes to get served.. beer ok, although ran out of the 2 ok beers, other waiting staff slightly better, but most constantly on their phones and being not attentive, but food as most is gas station food (not even made to look appetising) wasn’t even hot (at a guess the amount of time the bar staff took to move if from the kitchen), and plastic cutlery, do yourself a favour and goto the steak house between A and B, or anywhere just not here

$26 for a beer and a non-alcoholic cocktail. We thought it was pricey enough so we didn't give an extra tip. We were then asked if we would give it in cash and a container was presented to us "because we had not given a tip". First place we've ever been where they don't handle the tip discreetly and even try to publicly shame you for it.

The rating awarded is justified
As soon as we arrive, the waiter tells us that we cannot sit down because we have to eat.
There are actually two parts, a restaurant and a bar. But to consume in the Bar section (much larger than the restaurant section) you must consume at the bar.
After paying two burritos €20 each. We must therefore consume two beers at €15 each.
In other words, 2 burritos and 2 beers for €70 is EXCESSIVE
Go to the Shake and Shack next door it's cheaper
