Passed by this place so many times and finally was able to walk in. Service was great. I had so many questions and the staff was very attentive. Menu had so many great choices and will hopefully be able to try them all! If I can suggest placing the nutritional facts on the menu, I like to document my food intake for the day. Other than that my protein shake was delicious! See you again soon!

Very welcoming and kind. I pre-ordered the protein mini donuts, they had red velvet and tres leche, which I got with a drizzle of caramel. They were really good. I would recommend getting a bigger batch (30 versus 12). Overall, great customer service and I really enjoyed the mini donuts.

Oh man! Came here the other day after visiting the urgent care cause I wasn't feeling too hot. Got the shamrock with some immunity and boosters and boy did it work like a charm. Had me feeling so much better in just a couple of hours. Went back the next day to
It was VERY busy on a friday morning at 10 am, which is expected considering the area. The store was clean and organized, and everyone was friendly. Just know that this is a very populated area with the courts nearby, many buildings etc, so the wait may be a little long but it is worth it.

Tough review to write bc I had been looking forward to coming to this business for YEARS. I moved away from Forest Hills and then COVID happened, but when I had an appointment in the area this past weekend, I thought this was the perfect time to finally enjoy a shake. While the shake I got was tasty, I cannot claim that I'll ever be back and honestly it was a fairly disappointing experience. When I got to the shop, there was a fair number of people in the small space. I thought that was great. One of the strengths of Misfits seemed to be it's community of customers. If you follow the instagram, it seems really positive. Two folks were sitting enjoying what they purchased, one person was sitting down doing some work on a laptop, and two others had ordered something. I was asked what I wanted to order and had mentioned that I wanted to get a White Chocolate Shake for now and one before I left (I intended to stay for a bit) but that I'd pay for both now. 16min went by before I actually got my shake. While he was making the first, I asked if he could please make the second as well. It had been so long, I wasn't sure I could stay at all now since the walk back to the appointment would be 10min. Part of the issue is that the owner is there alone, so that slows things down. I can't really begrudge that though since he's hustling hard and I appreciate that. But what grinded my gears a bit was the rather lengthy process of explaining how to get $1 off by following their instagram (I think) to the previous patron. Que sera, I get over it and I go to pay. This is the part that gets really frustrating. The owner asks if I had signed in. I thought he was just kidding about that when he mentioned it earlier. Perhaps I misheard and he was saying to sign-up. He said that I had to sign-in to pay. I was soooo confused. I mentioned that I was good and I didn't really want to sign-in or sign-up for anything, I just wanted to pay for the shakes and get back to where I was going. He suggested that if I wanted to pay by credit card, I HAD to give the POS system my personal information. Again, cue my utter confusion. I've never in my life had to give my personal information to complete an in-person transaction. He claimed that that was just how the POS system was. I don't know if that's true, but if it is, it just seems uncomfortable at best and consumer hostile at worst. Thankfully, I happened to have cash on me, but he seemed displeased to take it. Honestly, I really wanted to like Misfits. Its seems to have a strong community of followers with positive energy, but between waiting 16min for two shakes and being made to feel SUPER uncomfortable to give my personal information to complete a transaction with my credit card, I just can't see going back. I think the place might be good for some, but respectfully it's just not for me.

I passed by this place a few times but, was always busy. I finally got to stop in and, I was not disappointed! Anthony the owner is such a nice welcoming guy, and vibe of the place is wonderful. I had the “cinnamon toast crunch meal replacement shake” and wow! This will for sure help me keep to my fitness goals since, I tend to have a bit of a sweet tooth and a love for milkshakes. It absolutely hit the spot. I will most definitely be back and can’t wait to try the protein donuts next! Highly recommend!

Herbalife front. This isn't like a real smoothie nutrition shop. It's Herbalife products in disguise. Herbalife is terrible and not sustainable. Go somewhere else. Only reason I gave this 1 stars is because the owner is very nice and you can't give 0 stars.
