this place fell off. when it first opened, it was pretty good but now it sucks and overpriced. stay away from the wagyu truffle fried rice, the beef was just regular beef but they charged a premium for it. It was type nasty honestly given how tough the beef was.

I came to this restaurant with high hopes as my fiancee and I were always talking about trying this place. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The appetizers we ordered were amazing. We ordered a dim sum sampler and miso soup. We decided to share an order of beef yaki udon which was also amazing. Everything went south when the main course came out. My fiancee ordered the filet mignon and she wanted it medium, but she got medium rare. Despite this, she had no complaints with hers. I ordered the dry aged ribeye and I wanted mine medium rare. When I got it, I had a medium well steak. When the waitress asked if everything was okay, I showed her the steak and told her that the steak was overcooked. She was polite and said that she would inform the chef. Shortly thereafter, she told me the chef would make me a new steak. The new steak came back to me blue (not even rare, the outside was seared but the inside was raw). She checked in again and I could not help but show her this completely undercooked steak. She took it back to the chef and told me that the chef apparently stated “I don’t care.” I paid the bill, left a tip, and left. I really was not going to leave this review until she told me what the chef said. I will definitely NOT be coming back to this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Highly disappointing. Do better Mito.

Usually like this place. Have ordered the 4 ways tuna at least 3-4 times and have been fine prior. Tonight…fish looks old, edges are brown 🤢 I took a bite to be sure and definitely tasted off. Don’t want food poisoning. Super disappointed and also disgusted. See photo below.

A beautiful aesthetically pleasing restaurant great customer service from the servers especially Jesse very kind and respectful unfortunately the manager Tracey if that’s even her name was so rude until her whole family came twenty minutes after us and received their food much quicker …. I’m absolutely not sold nevertheless there are many places in the area to patronize that will be happy to serve you the food was great but manager was rude so hard pass

overall i love this place for the food and vibe. however i cannot get past the fact they got rid of the bottomless cocktail lunch menu. it was everything i could ever dream of and more. ever life event we had was at mito with a lychee martini in both of my hands, and now that is over. RIP bottomless lychee martinis you will be missed. would have given 5 stars if they still had this

This place is spacious and gorgeous. Played lounge covers of pop songs, so the vibe was very relaxing. Loved the food! Brunch pre fixe is such a good price. The teriyaki chicken must be sous vide, it is so tender an not dry and no grill marks.
