Their food is okay, but a few hours before close they had already run out of options. Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.

I had the worst experience I’ve had in a long time tonight. The worker behind the counter was condescending, extremely rude, and completely lacked patience. I will not be returning here because of her. She was unclear about which mochi donuts were available and made us feel stupid for asking questions. To make matters worse, the mochi donuts were stale. I will never come back here.

I happened to visit mochinut during my lunch break earlier this month. Food was average. Customer service was strange. I asked a simple question “is there any spicy mayo?” The lady at the back sitting on the table who might’ve been the owner quickly frowned at me (scrunching her eyebrows all the way down) and said we have sweet chili. I was shocked; tone was so nasty as if I asked a life OR death question. There was a young girl, pretty fair skin, at the register her behavior was also not great. I had changed my mind in the end and requested another type of sauce to which she seemed super frustrated, nasty, and disgusted. She spoke to me with a lot of nasty attitude.
By the end of this I didn’t even want to sit there and eat those corndogs. I only had 5 mins to eat and run back to work. Horrible customer service; unnecessarily rude and so much attitude for some damn corndogs.

I'm a daily regular customer. I come with my family. Everyday this woman knows the Latina worker in the front plays favoritism. My best friend's grandma sold this property to the owner. She is highly disrespectful and she gave me an order of 3 coffees milk tea that I get everyday. She says she did a favor by staying opened until 8:01...while i see people eat everyday there until 8:05-8:15. She gave me my order but, didn't fill my can to the top and refused to comp me for it. All I asked is she fill it up to the top lile I get it. Or a dollar off the next time I get it. SHE always gives free donuts to strangers and pockets the money. So why can't she treat me well as a regular. I come here like people go to dunkin donuts. I referred more than 15 pple to come here. She was very sweet until her true colors came out and she said I'm tired of this job I wanna go home. Please contact Me. I'm upset because you it's already extremely pricey especially when you're getting less. Please have someone contact me. I will be telling the bayside community of this experience. I had placed an order of dozen mochinuts for a friends birthday yesterday to be delivered directly through their website. I couldn't make it b/c I was sick so I put it in instructions to ring the doorbell and make sure it's handed to someone and not to leave it by the door. They use Doordash to have it delivered but instead Doordash cancels it with no notice or as to why. My friend contacts me letting me know they never received it. You would think they would refund without having me to contact them but no. Doordash tells me to contact mochinut bayside directly and when I do, they tell me to contact Doordash instead. When I explain to the lady on the phone, you both are telling me to contact each other with no resolution she then tells me I can request refund on their website. I check the website and there's no option to request refund. It's the typical info, menu, order online, etc. Contact info has their address and a different phone # from google listing. I call that # and its the same lady I spoke too. I tell her I don't see any options on the website to request refund and she insist there is and others have done it. I ask her to guide me then b/c I have no clue as to where I'm supposed to do that on the site. She tells me to hold on and processes the refund on her end instead. I get a text message confirming the refund.I do not understand why it took all this back and forth just to get a refund of $56. Use some other third party delivery app if Doordash is gonna cancel your order without any reason. You have people paying $10 delivery fee AND tip to deliver a dozen donuts that cost $39 for a birthday party and instead ruined it. She was a dear friend to me and I wanted to make her birthday a little more special by having her favorite mochinuts delivered despite not being able to make it. Thanks for nothing.p.s. - your "order online" option had nutella mochinut listed twice and there were other mochinuts that was not listed that was on the menu. It needs an update and better customer service. Next time, process the refund on your end since clearly you can do it without the back and forth. Given the situation, it would've made the customer feel a less upset.

half a dozen mochi donuts came to 18 bucks which was insane. They were not fresh when we purchased it so there was nothing special to it. Just the one matcha donut from the half dozen was fresh and that was actually good. Make sure you ask if it's fresh before purchasing.

Absolutely delicious mochinuts I have ever tried! They have so much depth and flavor that one is never enough! They have so many to choose from and each and every flavor is chefs kiss! I know I will be coming here everytime I crave some mochinuts.

Good donuts and price is a tad high as expected with these kind of desserts. Only thing that threw me off was the customer service- it was terrible.I went in on a non busy Saturday and the cashier looked at me as if I had 2 heads and wasn't friendly at all. No greeting when I walked in, deer in headlights expression, I told her I'd like to order a few donuts to go, and she looks at me like she is in a different time and space. She wasn't working alone but even the other gentleman didn't care to offer any expression. It was a very bizarre experience.
