I come here all the way from the other side of queens to do my remote class. There’s a quiet area on the opposite side of the outdoor seating and wifi is available. My go-to is the buffalo chicken sandwich which is so flavorful and filling. I’ve had their pistachio latte and honey latte, yum! Very sweet. The staff are also super flexible and friendly. I’ll be bringing friends from out of town whenever I can.

Overall, it is an excellent joint with prices leaning towards the expensive side, especially for bakery and sandwiches. Service depends on the staff. Evening staff are younger and not professional overall. I've tried most of their items, and they service great drinks and deserts, but hot drinks arrive warm.

I love this place, but the girl in the morning plays the ugliest playlist, and you really can't work. She gossips loudly about all the staff, and all the customers now know why that girl was fired. She is also rude when dealing with customers.

9/20/25 Went in on Sat night with friends. Overall quality not that bad but I wish they used less sugar or gave an option for reduced sugar options like they do at Prince Tea House where you can choose the level of sugar percentage you want. Overall decor was nice and the place was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating to customizations. With some better tweaks they can do much better. Wish them luck!

I'm reviewing just to let the owner know that I walked in the store at 1:30am and asked for a cuppacino and they said they cleaned the machine so can't make me one.If you're open upto 2am why would they clean it so early?They were done cleaning at 1:30am,who knows what time they started and putting down all the coffee items.

Went hoping to pick up food to go but took way longer than I anticipated. I got one brownie. When I tried to put my info into the machine for the reward system the employee skipped every prompt and just forced me to pay. I understand other people ordered before me but they didnt even put my brownie into the warm till 10 minutes later after making a complicated drink. I had to just take it cold and leave. I just can't wait 20 minutes for a brownie.
I just want to warn people dont come here if you are on a time crunch. 10 minute wait time or more is standard.

All of the pastries look amazing. Can’t wait to try some. The coffee was yummy. I had the cinnamon honey latte…over all a great drink (though I did find it a little sweet) and the barista was happy to add another shot to level it out for me!

I had a great experience at this place ,I came at the location on Steinway and I got my pour over coffee, ☕️ It was so good that I drank the coffee with no sugar at all and it taste delicious, the service that the lady gave me was splendid, definitely coming back here!

How you tell customer’s you can’t make an item if your doors are open because you close in 10 minutes. How about you close the doors or put up a sign outside if your business hours aren’t aligned with your services.
